Didn't keep shipping promise, never bothered to get back to my queries! Don't recommend!
I placed an order with Boutique Smokes on 5 December 2025 and paid £6 for First Class shipping. Although the package eventually arrived on 12 December, the experience was disappointing.
The main issue was not just the delay, but the complete lack of communication. I contacted the store twice to ask for an update while the order was still unfulfilled, and I never received a response.
This is particularly frustrating because the website states:
“We always try to ship any order placed before 1pm on the same day, otherwise we will ship your order the next day. Orders placed on the weekend will be shipped out on the Monday.”
This stated dispatch policy was clearly not met in my case.
I fully appreciate that cigars are premium products and not cheap, but when paying a relatively high shipping fee, I would expect timely dispatch or at least a reply to customer enquiries.
The product did arrive in the end, but the lack of responsiveness and failure to meet advertised shipping standards significantly impacted the overall experience.
