You pay the money, then they send you an email asking you to verify your age. The documents they request are sensitive documents. You ask for your money back and they never respond. SCAMMERS. Avoid
Don't get used to a particular flavour. They drop or unlist them for absolutely no reason. Customer service is none existent especially as they don't speak English. It's REALLY frustrating that a company dealing with serious addiction really doesn't care about their customers.
Have used this many times. Apalling dispatch team, the orders are never sent on the same day. They create a label with Royal Mail and leave it until 1 or 2 days later before the parcel actually reaches Royal Mail.

Hi team, hope you’re doing well.
I recently purchased the Relx Infinity 2. Unfortunately sorry to say but I am not satisfied with the product, I have no idea why it keeps on vibrating continuously every second and I am not able to vape. I tried charging it, the battery shows full and even the pod is placed correctly still it is not working. Other than that, I used the strawberry burst flavour which was amazing but the pineapple and watermelon ice are sooo baddd it has affected my health a lot and I have started getting breathing issues because of that. As much as I would like to get it repaired, I don’t really have the patience to get it all done, I bought it to improve my vaping experience but it has resulted otherwise. I would like to return it and the flavours as well, there is one pod each for both pineapple and watermelon flavour which is untouched. If it’s possible to get a refund for these products, I would be really grateful you can take it back.
Please do let me know if any kind of refund is possible or else I might as well give it away to someone but I think that would be a loss.
