The product was not what I expected
The product was not what I expected. It does not fit our need as it is in a very visible area that could get knocked over and the ipad could be easily damaged. The help staff was very helpful in allowing us to return this item.

Poor product
I'm disappointed with the quality of the product. iPads are expensive so I don't think an adhesive patch is adequate to hold them on the wall... This should have been made clear

The Core Vesa purchased is part of our Core Range, which uses a 3M adhesive mounting system to attach the tablet to the stand. This is noted on the Core Vesa page copy and an image is shown on the product page too. We are however always looking for ways to improve and will take your feedback onboard and see if we can add extra details about the adhesive on our product pages.
We have dropped you an email and refunded you for the product, whilst you evalutate if it's right for you. We can also offer an upgrade to our Original Range if that's preferred, which houses the iPad inside a secure case.

Excellent Customer Service
The courier company botched our delivery. I contacted the Bouncepad Customer Service Team to report this, and they responded very quickly.
They not only opened an investigation but sent out a new delivery for the next day. Tanya was incredibly: helpful, friendly, and professional. Possibly the best interaction I’ve had with a company’s Customer Service Team.
The product is also excellent and robust.
