Easy ordering, and Excellent customer service and problem resloution when FedEx lost half of my order.
Ordering was straightforward. My Order, one of their full Wing iPad stands, was received and processed in a timely fashion. Despite running into an error with FedEx, where they lost half of the shipment in one of their shipping Hubs in Fort Worth TX. I was able to reach out and put in a ticket with the order support team from Bouncepad. The process was simple, just single email to make them aware of the issue with FedEx to their support team, and the team quickly handled It. After the Representative was unable to get a positive response from FedEx, they issued a 2-day shipping for the replacements of the iPad cradle and foot stand that FedEx lost, free of charge. Overall, despite the frustration FedEx caused. It was a demonstration of excellent customer service and problem resolution on behalf of the Bouncepad team. I have no complaints about how the Bouncepad team handled the entire situation from start to eventual resolution.

The bouncepad is high quality and is very nice! I also ordered the branding board. I couldn’t figure out Adobe Illustrator. It was very confusing so I asked Tanya if there was any way that she could change the colors. I included a picture. She went above and beyond to help me! I know she didn’t have to do that because it says that when you order the product, but she was willing to help me and I am so appreciative. The colors are perfect!!! We are so happy!

Customer Service was exceptional. The Chat didn't work on the website, but when I copied and paste the body of my text to the customer service email provided, I had a response within 30 min. The additional pieces we needed were able to add to the stands we already had so the process was painless.

The best iPad mounts and stands
In my opinion, Bouncepad makes the best stands for iPads. We've tried cheaper Chinese brands off of Amazon only to have them break less than a year. After that experiment we've learned to just get the Bouncepad. They're very durable because they are manufactured with heavy-duty, high-quality components.
