Price very competitive; useful advice on the phone

An excellent retailer. Fastest delivery I have ever received and by far the most understanding and co-operative company I've ever purchased from. Would highly recommend and will be using them again!

Less than 24 hour delivery for a great bit of kit. Kids harness for my daughter (her first one) allowed us to go climbing together for the first time ever. From me showing her the page to her trying it on in less than a day made me look like a miracle worker.

Had a little problem with delivery but after speaking to the team they sorted it out for the next day ( royal maill messed up not boldersUK )

I'm not a climber but I know a man who is. The training aid I purchased was great value and arrived very quickly, even though I didn't break the bank and pay for priority delivery. Unless you're in an absolute rush I wouldn't bother with that. I have nothing but praise for this company. The website was easy to negotiate and payment was easy. Deal with confidence.

Bought item on line to get an email a few days later to tell me item was not in stock offering me a similar item but that I would have to pay a further Eleven Pounds... Did this and was told i would be getting a complementoy T-Shirt because of the mix up.... Received my item but no the T-Shirt...
