I was a little hesitant to purchase, but did. I often wonder with products- will it work for ME tho?? I’m still in early days of usage, but I can say that i DO find it comfortable to wear, convenient where I can multitask while wearing it and hopeful on seeing results ☺️. So far so good … 🙌🏽

I used to use different creams for dark circles under my eyes for many years and I was just wasting my time. When I got to know this brand, within 1 week, the dark circles and puffiness under my eyes miraculously disappeared. I highly recommend using it.

I bought this last February and was shipped fairly quick. I loved the vibration feature of the gadget which lasts about 10 mins every use. I thought it was good as i dont have to worry about uver using it.
Unfortunately it stopped working after about 2 months of use. I contacted the customer service & told them about the problem. They suggested some instructions to get it going again and it did for a couple of weeks till it finally died.
Told the customer service again & they were very helpful & sent me a new gadget again. Which I really appreciate as I am loving the gadget.
Hope this time it will last longer than the last 🤞

The product works great once you follow the instructions. I thought my device had stopped working, but serum or gel-based moisturiser actually activates the red‑light conductivity.

The day I received my RevitalEyes I used it and I must say the experience was better than I expected. I actually saw results. I did purchase their eye gel as well. So I say go ahead and give it a try too and see if it works for you! Btw, I’m 61 and have/had bags. So I’m looking forward to seeing what happens in the coming days.

I received glasses that were not functioning, the power button was stuck. I reached out to the support team who in return asked me to send a video of what I described, once I did they responded by saying they will send out a replacement and that there was no need to return the malfunctioning one. Thus far my experience with the support team was smooth and easy. I am still waiting for the replacement though. I'll update once received.

The first pair of glasses worked once and then the pulsating mode stopped working. After emails and videos to the Team regarding the fault I received another pair.

I had an issue with my RevitalEyes not pulsing properly. The representatives that reached out were all very willing to help. I was given many suggestions to try to solve my issue. They asked questions after each follow up to see if the matter was resolved. I didn't have to wait long for a response at all . My issue still has some hiccups but the RevitalEyes device is working better than before the contact to the company. I was assured to reach out again if the issue rises up again. Felt very good to know that you can get assistance when needed. Turns out my device needed a deeper cleaning due to the build up of serums. Wiping it with a damp cloth wasn't enough so a disinfectant wipe helped a great deal. The device's pulsing can only be felt on the max mode so perhaps something deeper is going on but in the meantime I can use my device again. Stated that fact & was told to reach out again if the device doesn't function correctly. Thanks, Cath for your assistance !

I’ve only used it a few times. One side is stronger than the other. I have to press the glasses on the less strong side to make the current feel even. I am hopeful for great results.

I really wanted this to work - the science seemed to make sense. However:
The first thing I noticed was the left eye microcurrents were much stronger than the right eye. I got in touch with Botanique and they were quick to respond. They seemed caring and seemed willing to assist, using careful wording as though they'd be sending a replacement unit. But that was a ploy, quickly followed by "please give us a good review". Then, when you ask for an update, they fob you off with "this is still in progress" etc. If you persist, they then give you lots of hurdles to jump through, to provide evidence of the fault (even though I'd already emailed a video clearly demonstrating the difference between left and right eye strengths). I considered making a big effort to follow through but then realised it would be a big waste of my time and they had no intention of sending a replacement, they already had my money.
Nevertheless, as an experiment I decided to keep using the unit, I used it every day for 5 weeks then 4 or 5 times per week in the last 4 weeks - if it did as promised I'd obviously see better results under the left eye in particular. But I've had no change in more than 2 months' use, in either under-eye area at all. I don't know who these Reviewers are saying about good results! Don't waste your money.

I contacted customer support the other day because one of the arms on my RevitalEyes device broke, not just snapped off but the white plastic actually broke! I was devastated because I use my RevitalEyes every morning as part of my skincare routine. I immediately contacted customer service via email because I got my device as a gift for Christmas…it was barely 5 months old. My email was answered within 2 hours! They told me someone would get back to me & they actually contacted me via email the next business day. They told me to provide the order number, name of purchaser, and the mailing address. I did not have the order number because my daughter ordered it in December for my gift, but they still found her! They are sending me a new device & I only have to pay a $10 shipping price! I’m so extremely happy with this service! I can’t wait to receive my new device…I’m still using the broken one!
