Absolutely fantastic service and value. Fixed my Bose amplifier from a Porsche Panamera in super quick time as I was selling the car. Highly recommend.

Amamzing service, unbelievably fast turn around. My Mazda 6 bose audio system just stopped making any noise. The head unit still seemed to be fine, so I decided it must be the amp. Had Bose repair experts recommended by a local car audio place. Sent it off on Tuesday all fixed and returned by Saturday. Amamzing!

Terrible Porsche Cayenne design means if your pan sunroof drains are clogged (4 drains in sunroof and 4 under the car), water leaks internally via the front and rear pillars into the footwells and also into the boot. The rear right pilar directs the water directly over the amplifier which is behind the trim in the boot resulting in the speakers not working, humming and cracking when the radio is on or off. Found out how to remove the amp on Youtube and sent it off to Bose Repair Experts who returned it fixed and fully working again. Panic over thanks to this company, don't look anywhere else!

So glad I found this company. Have had problems with water leaks in my Audi and the latest thing to stop working was the Amp. My exact model wasn't listed on the website but I emailed and they replied quickly that they could do it so I sent it off and it only a few days later I got the email to say all working again. Would have been difficult to replace as coded to car so really happy all refitted and working perfectly. Actually comes back better than before as comes with a cover so shouldn't happen again!

Sent off a water damaged Cayenne amp, that was producing no volume, for repair if possible (return postage charge only if repair is not possible). 8 days later it’s back in the car and all working as it should. Superb service at a good price. Highly recommended.

Excellent! Everything about Bose Repair Experts has been excellent. Great communications and clear instructions and super-quick. Posted my amplifier unit on Friday and received an email at Monday lunchtime to say it had been fixed. I paid on Tuesday and received the unit on Wednesday. I'm so happy to have my music back!

(My local Mazda dealer had said it may cost up to £1,000 for a new unit and it'd take a few weeks to order. So, Bose Repair Experts, you've saved me a fortune! Thank you!)

Incidentally, if you return a unit, ensure it goes fully insured and well packed, as Bose Car amps are expensive.

Very quick and efficient service good value for money

sent my audi tt amp on wednesday it was delivered thursday it was fixed by friday and dipatched the same day and i recieved it on saturday now it actually sounds better than before you guys are amazing||||

Sent my Audi Bose Amp for repair, had it not been for the postal strike I'm sure it would've been back in a couple of days as it was it was back in a week. Fully repaire, balanced and working the sound now is amazing!

I sent my Mazda MX-5 Bose amplifier to them on Monday and it was back with me on Wednesday. A few minutes to reinstall and hey presto no more banging noise from the speakers. Excellent service from start to finish. Good communication, answered my questions promptly and payment is only required after repair with a VAT receipt provided. This is service how it should be!

Sent my amp and they recived it friday. Monday it was done and on the way back.
Now i Can listen to music in my car again

Fantastic service from start to finish. Repaired amp was back with me less than a day after they received it for repair, working as it should. Straightforward order process, clearly explained on their website, was easy to use with all forms readily available. Excellent communication every step of the way, easy to pay (they only take payment once they've repaired it, how proper), VAT receipt supplied. I even liked that they re-used my original packaging. Customer service second to none. Car Supply Solutions, MX5 specialists.

I am not sure if these are upgraded components they use, or the old components were that worn out, but just refitted my amp in my MX5 and it sounds so much better, with definition between the bottom, middle and top end, I can hear individual instruments instead of a warm woolly mix of sounds. I cannot recommend these guys enough, very proffesional excellent service.

Absolutely first class service. I had no idea what was wrong with my car speakers, all I knew that it was a very loud machine gun sound. After a bit of research, I discovered it was my Bose amplifier and not the speakers. Found these guys after doing a google search. Was a bit apprehensive, but they do not charge you until they've received the part and made sure that they can fix it. I sent the amplifier to them on Thursday, made the payment on Friday (after receiving a text), and received the repaired amplifier on the Sunday. Would highly recomment to anyone. Thanks guys.

Fantastic service. The amp on my MX-5 developed a fault which stopped all audio from playing, and made it make a repetitive popping sound. Looked for a replacement for months without joy, and then found Bose Repair Experts.
Sent them a message to ask if it signed like something they could repair, got a quick reply saying they could. Sent the amp to them on Tuesday afternoon, had it back in working condition by Saturday morning. They didn't charge anything until they had carried out the repair, which is a rare example of a company putting their workmanship first. There were no hidden charges or anything like that either: just the £149 repair fee + about a fiver to post it up to them.
Given that I was on the verge of paying to completely replace the amp, head unit and speakers, this has saved me a lot of time and money.
