Too hard to tell what you are actually getting. Ended up getting 3 of the same items, but with different names. Tried to contact to cancel order and nobody replied. Not polish is not like the photos. Not as bright or sparkly. Very disappointed. Don’t waste your money. You replied and asked for my order number. When I replied to your email it did not go through. This is the only way it will let me reach out to you. Order number is 133172

99% of the products are great. The only downside is waiting for them to arrive. Not all the products are sold on Amazon to get them quickly

I absolutely love there polishes the quality is very very good.i will be buying more polishes for sure.

Everything arrived and is as described. I wish the website had better swatch photos and descriptions. I chose two items that look identical in my opinion. But they were my choices. The products work and are pretty.

I absolutely love Born Pretty products! Good quality and competitive pricing. Shipping is a bit slow but well worth the wait.

This is my first time using Born Pretty products and so far I am very pleased with everything😊 The shipping did take a while but Customer Service was wonderful with helping me. They responded the same day I sent them a email and they helped me track my package. I received my package about 3 days after contacting them. I will be buying and trying more of their products❤

Affordable and decent quality. I’ve never had a problem with shipping and it’s fairly quick considering the distance packages have to travel.

Found Born Pretty through a tiktok account and was excited to find a company I could order from as a non-cosmetologist and get salon-quality products. The shipping took a while but I ordered around the holidays and understand it’s shipping from another continent. I’ve tried two of the three polishes I order and like both. Was surprised by one color (more brown than red) but it’s still a color I would wear so still a plus. Haven’t tried my stamper yet but looking forward giving it a spin. Also appreciated the multiple times I’ve been allowed discounts. Would order again and have recommended to friends.

I love Born Pretty! Their products are awesome, they change with the trends, and their customer service is fantastic. I find I have to wait a few weeks for products to arrive, but that is normal these days since covid. Keep up the great work!

I am a born pretty customer for ages, I use their products on my customers and never got any complaints. What I want to highlight is the amazing customer service even where my parcel had got lost, the team worked with me to get my parcel. I love BP and recommend it 100

All good. Tried different tools, colors, Top coats and everything works fine. Sometimes the product name is only on the plastic wrap, not the polish bottle itself so i write it on the bottle with a sharpie, makes finding the right product more easy.

The best products for the best prices. They are so worth it and they are packed nicely. I would definately recommand to all.

Gelpolish are good quality and long-lasting wearing

Products are fantastic easy to work with. Plates are excellent quality and the customer service is second to none. I will be ordering again. Highly recommend if you want easy to work with products.
