Work only with Bring and PostNord. They charge you for ‘heavy’ returns and have no advantages for loyal customers.

We would like to clarify that we partner with PostNord, Bring, and DHL Home Delivery (DHL is strictly used for selected larger or heavier items, such as furniture).
Standard returns for items like clothing or shoes follow our normal return policy. However, when returning larger or heavier items like furniture, a return fee of 349 SEK is deducted per return shipment. The handling fee for heavy items that was paid at checkout is fully refunded upon return.

Charged 3 Times for a Failed Order
I was trying to order from Boozt using SAS Checkout. Somehow, the transaction did not go through, and no order was created. However, my credit card was still charged three times. Customer service was unable to help me and said the issue is with PointsPay, telling me I have to contact them to get my money back. Unfortunately, there is no way to contact PointsPay other than by email with an order number, which I do not have since no order was ever created.
