I had a discount code which wouldn’t work spoke to several customer service people one said put the order through and phone next day with the bill number sorry can’t remember what it’s called and he would give discount so phone spoke to different person explain the app wouldn’t change and other person said he would give discount but these prop said no so cost a lot of money and quality was no different.

I am not techy but I managed to upload the photos. They arrived promptly and was good value. Nice.

The website was quite easy to negotiate for a novice photograph montage creator. The picture was delivered very quickly and in sturdy packaging. Lovely quality. Very good value. It was for our mother's 100th birthday and it really made her smile. Thank you so much.

We wanted two different size groups of photos and we couldn't find a way of adding both sets together. We ended up ordering them separately thus incurring two sets of postage costs.

It was easy to place the order.

The cover itself is lovely. However the magnet flap is too short to close the cover. The thickness of credit cards on the slits prevents the cover closing.

The photo book was lovely. It did take time to create but that was due to fact of picking all the photos I wanted to include. You can select the layouts and add pictures. I was off to a slow start as this was the first time I have created a photo book I soon got the hang of it. It was worth and I will certainly buy more.

The photo stickers in themselves were good. Unfortunately there was a couple of days delay in notifying me that they stickers were waiting for me in Boots branch.

Really easy process to upload pictures and choice type size etc and sent in the post and great price.

Photos don’t get the date put on the back anymore and never receive the points on our boots card for some reason

SCAM -Absolute scam of a company.
14/5/26 Ordered wedding photos for a gift at machine in Boots, Frome store.
Took payment straight away, expected service 4/7 days.
Nothing after 7 days. Order number given no tracking info. Telephoned helpline, could not trace order number!.
Made a complaint email greeted with an email response, expect to hear within 24 hours- nothing.
Stated issue was with Accounts dept but not working today.
Demanded refund expected 7/10 days then tried to explain it was the bank policy! I explained you took money straight away, no product and now waiting 10 days for refund and blame the bank.
Rotten to the core.

Excellent service and excellent prints .would recommend
