6 day late delivery, no response from company
The product, which eventually turned up 6 days late, is fine. The delivery and customer service are appalling. Charged 12 pounds for delivery and just kept receiving delay notifications from DHL - even on days when we had a scheduled delivery slot (and stayed at home waiting for delivery). I realise this is the fault of DHL not necessarily Boot Bag, but I emailed several times to ask them to locate our parcel and request a delivery refund and never received a reply.

I have spent some time investigating the issues you have highlighted.
I can see that you ordered on Monday 19th August at 2.49pm we dispatched the Hatch-bag next day on Tuesday the 20th.
It arrived in Poole not far from you on the 21st and shows and being loaded on the van and then returned to the depot it was re loaded on the 23rd the Friday and again returned to the depot.
With the 26th being a UK bank holiday Monday this obviously delayed things further.
It was delivered at 10.11am on the 27th the Tuesday. So 4 full working days from order
You are correct we did not get the service we paid for from DHL but as you have pointed out that's beyond our control.
We charged you £12.95 for next day shipping the Hatch-bag is is big box at 80x67x10cm and hence it is an expensive parcel to ship with DHL, the shipping price is clearly stated before order.
We could use a cheaper service with EVRI or similar but our customers experience is important to us and over the 16 years we have been shipping items globally we have generally found DHL to be among the most reliable couriers.
I have spoken to Liza and we have looked at her email. We can only see two email’s from you in her inbox and deleted items on the server.
You emailed us on Friday 23rd at 5.15pm and stated that DHL made you aware of the delay and you had a time slot on the Friday mid PM and also on the 23rd at 7.27pm saying you had heard from DHL and they would deliver Tuesday after the bank holiday weekend. You also asked for a full refund if the Hatch-bag did arrive in time for your trip, which it did. So no refund was required.
Liza works 9-5pm Mon-Fri so had unfortunately left the office for the weekend, and did not see either email until the Tuesday morning.
When Liza retuned to the office after the bank holiday weekend she checked the tracking and saw the parcel had been delivered Tuesday AM just in time for your trip on the Wednesday.
This is not an excuse and its a training issue we will address, but she did not feel the need to reply as the Hatch-bag had been delivered and with the bank holiday weekend she had a very full inbox of orders that needed processing ; this diverted her attention.
I have spoken with her and made it clear than every customer email does need a reply even if it a quick ‘ I have checked the tracking and can see DHL have delivered the parcel, great ! - safe trip’
The good news was you got the Hatch-bag in time and it sounds like it did the job.

Boot Rack for my BMW Z3
Boot Rack for my BMW Z3. I saw this advertised when looking for a boot rack. The advert was very convincing - the person fitting the rack onto a Z3 then shaking the whole car. I have now used mine to travel to my house in France with a very heavy case on the boot. The rack performed very well. I "updated" the suction every now and again on the journey, I don't know whether this was necessary. Overall, I am delighted with this product.

Great add on!
We bought the luggage rack in black for our red 2004 Mazda Miata Mazdaspeed. It’s a great fit and so useful! Only complaint is that the bolts that came with the rack did not fit which seemed strange. Easily solved with a trip to the hardware store but annoying.

Cross country trip
Drove from New York to Idaho then onto Wyoming, Montana, North Dakota and South Dakota in my 2024 Mazda mx5 with the Revo Rack. Over 6500 miles Rack stayed planted and never budged. Checked it every time I got gas.

Brilliant!
Quality well designed and manufactured bag the did everything it said it could. It gave us additional luggage capacity for our road trip and is so easy to use, secure and remove. We were caught out with a really heavy rain shower while on the motorway in the South West of France however the clothing in the bag remained bone dry. Combined with the great service it deserves 5 stars! Looking forward to our next trip with it.

Good Option for Morgan Luggage racks
I bought the boot bag to use on the luggage rack of my Morgan Plus Four. As their description suggests, it doesn't have a sturdy base, so I added a trimmed sheet of firm plastic garden mesh to the inside base and it keeps the shape just fine, without adding weight. The bag appears quite robust and waterproof - I've used it 4 times now.
If I was buying another I would probably lean towards the bigger size, just to keep options open, but it is still quite spacious and perfect for the job.

A good travel buddy!
The ordering and delivery process were relatively easy and without incident. I've used the boot bag once and was easy to install. The pictures/video could provide more clear instructions but I was ready to load the bag within 30 minutes. Although items in the bag were kept pretty dry despite driving through a torrential downpour, the straps did absorb water and lead to some moisture within the trunk.
I found there was some additional "wind noise" with the convertible top up. Assume the bag messes with air flow. Not terrible but noteworthy.

Volkswagen EOS Luggage Rack: Revo-Rack Black
"Great Product." The Luggage Rack is well made and looks nice. "Great Instructions." The instructions are easy to read and informative. "Great Delivery." The Luggage Rack was packaged to protect it from damage, and received it in a timely manner. "Perfect Fit." It mounts as described and looks sharp on my Red 2013 VW Eos Convertible. If I had to say anything negative about the Luggage Rack it would be that it’s a shame it couldn’t be left mounted permanently on my trunk because it looks so good even with nothing on it. In conclusion I need to say that the Luggage Rack seems a little pricey but after receiving it and looking it over I will say it is well worth it to receive the Luggage Rack along with covers for the suction cups, an allen wrench and a nice bag to protect the Luggage Rack from damage when not in use.

The A 110 specific model is supplied with the required spacers.
