We tried to assemble the Boosterme, and two of the nuts spin with the bolts, so we cannot tighten the bolts. We cannot remove the bolts anymore either. We asked them to send two new bars, so far no reply.

Very dissappointing, especially when the product is expensive, and delivery to Switzerland had an added 40 CHF in taxes. For that price you expect flawless assembly, not something you need to DIY around.

We live in the USA and bought a Tripp Trapp for our grandson, but we wanted him to be at the same level as the adults when eating at the kitchen island counter. This is the perfect height, excellent construction and quality, and looks great with the natural oak chair. He loves it and so do his parents! We highly recommend you partner with Stokke to leverage their USA distribution channel to sell this too, would greatly enhance the already cult following for the Tripp Trapp here!

I am extremely disappointed. Some of the items were faulty which made assembling the booster impossible. I have requested refund and tried to reach out through email and WhatsApp. No one has bothered to to reply for two weeks now. I feel defrauded.

We received a broken item. We've been trying to contact the customer service for weeks, but we haven't received any answer.

Completely unreliable. I ordered a BoosterMe for my Stokke, and it arrived broken. I’ve been trying to contact someone from BoosterMe for over a week now with no reply. I’ve reached out via email, WhatsApp, and Instagram — complete radio silence.

26/11 update:
@boosterme.eu sent me a return label and I sent the package back to them. Tracking shows they received it on the 10th of November, and I’ve been chasing them ever since to get a new booster or a refund. They even asked me to delete my negative comments, claiming they’re not true… completely unprofessional. Please do not do any business with them.

PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Item arrived faulty and damaged. No reply to any emails after weeks of trying to resolve and get a return label. I also tried on all other platforms including Facebook and WhatsApp to get a response and find out how to return. Please be so careful with this company, do not buy and not worth it. Once looked into I’m not the first to have this experience

Quick delivery to the UK, good product. Reasonable international shipping prices from the Netherlands to UK. Will be buying for our next child too.

The order was fast. We have an IKEA kitchen, with a thicker top, and the high of the Stokke chair is perfect for a small 8 month old children. I glad that I ordered. Although I am not very satisfied with the material. It has different colors and also a very small piece is missing. But altogether you cannot see the color difference, it looks very nice in the kitchen. Better than on the pictures. I would order again.

I ordered a Booserme to Switzerland. The Shipping took quite some time, and the communication with the company was unpleasant, as they often answered very slow.
After e month we finally got the Boosterme, and we’re happy with it (it could even be a little higher for our table).

Shipping should be improved. But besides that, the Boosterme is maby the best option if u have a higher table and as well a normal one, cause its such a fast change with a Tripp Trapp.
