Absolute scam and a waste of money

purchased the Pro bundle for one of my songs. After not being able to login into the account I purchased the bundle with, it gave me an error message saying link invalid or expired after clicking on the link in the confirmation email. After that I went ahead and messaged their support about it. They didn't gave me any answers until three weeks later and didn't help a lot. I needed to create a new account just to see my order. I was also unable to cancel anything directly through them so I messaged the Paypal support issuing a refund. I didn't see any results from their service and saw my streams even dropping by a lot after the bundle was purchased. Then I bought their Pro subscription for the 14 day trial for $0 to check my analytics on their website but couldn't find anything. I went ahead and canceled it right away but they still charged me the subscription fee. 100% not recommending and keep your hands away from them or possibly any similar playlisting service.

Edit: After messaging the support about it again they promised to refund the subscription and wanted to compromise me with new playlist placements. As you can read from this review I clearly won‘t trust this service again. In the same email they requested me to put down this negative review, which is illegal. Please avoid them at all cost.
This is a part of their support email: „ we would also like to request that you be able to edit your review as we are still taking actions on your campaign in making sure it gets better streams and are even willing to provide a partial refund in exchange that the negative review be removed given that the rebuilt campaign after 30 days does not satisfy or provide the target estimated streams that we advertise.

We also want to note that the analytics on our website is only available for clients that distribute with us which is why your analytics does not show up even since you do not distribute with us. Also the review you have left states that you weren't able to log in however you did mention not seeing your analytics which means you were able to log in eventually. But yeah going back we do request that the negative review be taken down as we take extra measure to make the adjustments needed for the campaign and further clarifications on the concerns you currently have.“

• Your first support request was received on November 23rd. Our initial response went out on December 6th, which was later than usual due to an unusually high volume during Black Friday / Cyber Monday. While not ideal, this delay was isolated to that period as you can see from our consistent replies since.

• The login issue was successfully resolved. Your order was originally placed using a different email address than the one you later attempted to log in with. At your request, our customer service team migrated the order to your preferred email account, which allowed you full access to your campaign. This was the primary issue you contacted support about, and it was resolved.

• Regarding analytics: analytics within our dashboard are only available to artists who distribute with us, which was explained in our email correspondence. This is why no analytics populated for your account.

• Taking in your feedback re: Boost Pro we did issue a refund on December 24th, and we can confirm that refund was processed successfully.

We’re sorry this experience didn’t meet your expectations, and we genuinely wish you the best with your career moving forward.

Well I can't speak on how well it has…

Well I can't speak on how well it has boosted my streams because I just paid 5 minutes ago to increase my Music streams on my song " No Hope on Dope" by BROCK P MUSIC I confident that once my music is heard it will take off, I've been using distrokid and haven't gotten the stream i feel I desire so I will get back with y'all and let you know if it perform like advertised. Waste of money

I’m giving 1 star, because I feel like I got scammed. I paid for Gold campaign and as we are in the 3rd week of campaign I got zero results… Pointless and waste of money. Moreover, communication with support team is very bad. Not recommended!

Did a promotion for 1 of my singles and…

Did a promotion for 1 of my singles and got a total of 30 streams; when I emailed them to cancel the subscription they proceeded to take the money out of my accounts; when I emailed them about taking me of the put my old single on a platform; they don’t reply to emails in time so hopefully this will get there attention, I will continue to update people on the situation as we all deserve to be treated fairly!! UPDATE - they replied to my email after weeks asking if I had made the 1 star on trust pilot; STILL HASNT BEEN RESOLVED!!!!!! Don’t waste your money!!!!

I spent $798.40 with Boost Collective…

I spent $798.40 with Boost Collective across several packages - Gold, Pro, Platinum, and Diamond. Their website clearly lists estimated ranges for these tiers:

Gold: 2,000–5,000
Pro: 3,000–10,000
Platinum: 8,000–15,000
Diamond: 15,000–30,000

Across all campaigns combined, my TOTAL streams didn’t even reach 500 streams, which is below the lowest end of a single Gold package. Some songs received 1–4 streams over the entire campaign.

My dashboard didn’t work for over a week, and when it finally loaded, it showed one giveaway entry - despite their offer of 1 entry per $50 spent, which should have been around 16 entries for my total.

Playlist placements didn’t make sense either. They put a rock version and a dance remix of the same song onto an 80s playlist — neither version fits that genre. Most of the streams came from countries known for low-engagement playlist farms, which is not consistent with targeted or authentic promotion.

Support was the most frustrating part. I reached out multiple times with clear questions and detailed evidence. Their responses were short, vague, and didn’t address anything I asked - no explanation for the missing entries, no clarity on playlist choices, no confirmation campaigns even launched properly. They told me "rest assured" everything was fine.

Based on what I actually received, I can’t say the service resembled what I paid for. Sharing my experience so other artists know what to expect before spending this kind of money.

I will update my review accordingly if the company resolves this. But as far as I am concerned, this is misrepresentation and services not delivered.

Our apologies for the issues with your dashboard. Everything on our site is custom made and on occasion there can be issues that make the user experience less than perfect. I also talked to our developer team and confirmed in our back end that you received 15 ballots into our draw. The system was not set up to record a decimal point or round up so a 15.88 was made 15 and not 16.
