I bought Boat partypal 600 and received used product . The screws have scratches like someone opened it and did something inside .The battery backup is also very low as compared to original product. Don't waste your money only for 500 or 900 off

I ordered a JBL SB510 soundbar from Boomdeal (order #15769) and the item arrived broken. Additionally, the soundbar's box does not include the HDMI cable and the batteries as mentioned in the box. I informed Boomdeal on the day the product arrived with the images but neither they took any action nor did they provide the missing accessories. This website is a scam an no one should buy from them.
Please send me a replacement.

I had placed an order for Bluetooth earbuds, and it has been more than a month, yet I have not received either the product or a refund of my prepaid amount. This experience serves as a warning for others not to trust this website. If anyone else has fallen victim to such fraudulent activity, I strongly advise lodging a police complaint. The sellers are completely unreliable — they give multiple excuses and eventually stop responding to calls or emails.

I ordered Bluetooth ear buds,still i didnt receive it first they said it is out of stock and amount will be refunded later with help support they said it will be dispatched today its been a half month still not yet delivered. Irresponsible helpline and support from team

These guys are CHEATERS. I bought a Samsung soundbar NEW. But they sent me USED item and also some wires missing. I reported them the same including the pictures and video of unboxing. They give some stupid reason to escape and hang up phone calls when we ask questions which they cant answer. They dont provide Bill/Invoice even. Stay away from them. DONT fall for their low prices. They scam people by baiting low prices.

Ordered (Open Box) INFINITY by Harman Fuze 100 5W Bluetooth Speaker (Black, Mono Channel).. very poor quality ......did not expect that of JBL....may never buy again from #boomdeal.in in future...... received the item on 17 March 2025....

Bought a JBL Go 2. Got the product delivered but it was nothing closed to what was promised onn the page. All the reviews in the webpage were bots and still I risked it because I want to reduce e waste (and save some bucks ofc). Warranty promised was non existent. Custom support only replies for hi or hello and stops responding after that.
