Disappointing
First of all, it took nearly two weeks to dispatch my order. This wouldn’t have been a problem, given the competitive pricing, had the series of events that followed been avoided.
One of the books that was delivered was faulty, transferring printer ink from the cover over the contents of my bag. This worsened when I tried to wipe away any excess with a damp cloth. I asked for an exchange to a comparable edition from the same publishing house, as this is clearly an issue with the edition purchased. It’s been nearly a week and I haven’t heard back. I’m amazed that resolution takes this long. I have recently exclusively purchased books from this company and am disappointed

Good selection of the manga books my son reads but dispatch could be abit quicker after my latest order i emailed for an order update and was told my order was being dispatched that day 4 days later I had a email to say my order had now been dispatched

Used books please a few times now, and even though you have to wait a bit longer for delivery, their delivery times are spot on.
Also ordered a wrong book and absolutely no trouble in returning/refund etc.
