Book listed incorrectly
Book listed incorrectly. Photo posted matched the title of the listing but when it arrived, it was a completely different book. As it’s a textbook, I notified Books please as I needed it replaced before my course starts. While they were happy to have the book returned and refund me, they never had the book they listed in stock.

We apologise for the disappointment caused by your recent order.
I have investigated this matter and can confirm the following. You ordered a used copy of BHS Complete Horsemanship Volume 4 by the British Horse Society (ISBN: 9781910016282). As with all of our used books, our stock is sourced from a range of used book wholesalers.
Unfortunately, this title had been listed with the incorrect ISBN by our supplier, and the copy we received was actually Volume 1 rather than Volume 4.
As soon as you brought this to our attention, a member of our team responded within 24 hours. Unfortunately, as this is a used title, we generally only have a single copy available, so we were unable to offer a replacement in this instance.
As a result, I have now issued a full refund for this title due to the error. There is no need to return the incorrect copy. Please feel free to keep it, donate it, gift it to someone else, or dispose of it as you see fit.
We are very sorry for this issue and the inconvenience this has caused, and we hope you'll consider shopping with us again in the future.
