The team is helpful and goes out of their way to make you feel comfortable with your decisions. While in the grand scheme of things, I'm sure my order isn't the biggest they have dealt with, it is very important to me and I felt very supported by Bookprint, particularly Will in Production, the whole way through. They helped me choose colours and ensured they matched to each other, and asked all my newbie questions with patience and politeness.

Bookprint were helpful and willing when it came to my personal project to make a recipe book for my family. It was a small print run, but I never got the impression that I was a lesser customer. They pointed out problems in the proof so I had time to edit/change/fix too which was just as well because I'd forgotten to update the page numbers in the TOC. There were some slight delays in the production due to paper shortages as a result of the pandemic on global suppliers, but when I received the books, I was very happy with the print quality and binding on the final product and the timing - I was able to send them out just before Christmas. Everybody loves their books, and I'm grateful to have had the team's assistance to make it a reality. Thank you so much! It's been a pleasure, and the book is a real treasure :)
