Quality of work done and after-sale service

BookPrint were recommended to me by a friend who had used their services. Now, I too will recommend them to others. They have done an amazing job for me in printing hard-bound copies of my family history book. They have been not only efficient and professional, but courteous, friendly, helpful and patient with me. I have interacted with most of the staff there and they have all demonstrated these same qualities. I pleasure to work with.

I went with BookPrint for a short run printing of a novel. I truly can't be happier with the result--the book looks gorgeous! Celes was unfailingly patient as we went back and forth on different print options over a period of months (months! the patience of a saint!) and used her clear expertise to help me make decisions that optimized for both beauty and budget. She even helped made adjustments to the cover file to accommodate a different interior paper choice, when my original designer wasn't available to make the change. Everyone who's seen the book has been impressed by the quality. I highly recommend their services.

Working from supplied pdf files, delivered a high quality, section sewn, hard cover book of 500+ pages at a competitive price and with no steps requiring rework. Paper specification for the main text pages and coloured end papers agreed by detailed description of the former to meet archival standards for the former and by supply of sample swatches for the latter, without the need for physical meetings. Additionally, couriered the finished book to international and national addresses.

The communication was exceptional and so so helpful whilst navigating our way through a new children's book.
