A great company to work with
A great company to work with. No hidden fees etc they don't try and controler my customers, pricing or bookings. Everything on the dashboard/online is very easy to use and flexible. Barney my rep has been great over nearly 10 years advising me what to do and what works best depending on how busy we are etc. Ive recommend to quite a few other garages and even my customers.

Easy to use efficient service
I had been let down twice by AA and had to have my service done while I was off work. I put my details into Bookmygarage and a list of mobile services that could fit me in that day came up . I selected one booked it and within an hour the mechanic was on my drive. Amazing easy to use service. Fully recommend.

I had a great experience at Avonmouth Garage Ltd on Collins st.
My car needed a MOT and a new AC compressor plus a re gas.
The team are very polite and professional. I arrived to pick up the car a little early, while I waited, I was offered refreshments which was a thoughtful touch.
I appreciated that they kept me updated throughout the process via WhatsApp which was convenient.

I booked through Bookmygarage online and called the garage to confirm, they did not have any available appointments and said that Bookmygarage shouldn't of let me book. Very disappointing as I maybe could of found another garage that could fit me in. The garage itself were extremely apologetic and got me in as soon as possible.

What a brilliant service
What a brilliant service! Steve had rang me earlier in the week to confirm some details about my car. I found it was really practical that he carries out the work at your home, it’s helpful when you have young children. He arrived on time, carried out the work and talked me through everything that had been done. 5/5 stars I can’t recommend highly enough and will definitely be booking him for my next service
