Same experience as everyone else on here. Booked a taxi ride in Lanzarote. Taxi never showed up after waiting for 20 minutes even though the online app showed 7 minutes for the taxi. Cancelled it on the app and hailed a taxi in the end. A few days later, credit card hammered for €39.
This company is an utter scam. There is zero information about a subscription. A price was shown for the taxi ride of €19 but as it never arrived, I simply cancelled it. The actual taxi I hailed was only €13 for the same journey. That is just for information though as these scammers don't appear to actually have any taxis.
Now trying to get our money back from our credit card company.
Shouldn't be too difficult given that this is clear fraud as evidenced by all these reviews.

Absolutely nightmare

We waited for response that our taxi booking is confirm for 12 hours.. 12 hours without any email from them. I really don't know what these guys are doing but you better go somewhere by walking and will be there sooner than wait for them.

Tried ordering a taxi on holiday, booking was confirmed but car never showed.
Few days later 39 EUR is deducted from my credit card for some kind of subscription of which there was no mention. Never even received any communication from them.
This website is a scam, do not ever give them your payment info.

They confirmed my taxi was booked for 8:15am the day before.
No taxi showed. A bit of a disaster at the end of a holiday.
Stay away from them, nothing but a scam.

We scheduled and prepaid for a taxi the day before an important early morning trip from Germany to the Netherlands. The booking was confirmed, yet the taxi simply never arrived. No driver, no message, no support — nothing.

We were left standing outside with our bags, stressed and helpless, and ended up missing our plans and paying a lot of extra money for alternative transport.

On top of that, they push you into a suspicious “free trial subscription” during booking, which feels extremely deceptive. It honestly feels more like a scam than a professional service.

If you actually need to be somewhere on time, do NOT trust this company. They clearly don’t care about their customers at all.

Absolutely horrible service — avoid this company at all costs.
We booked a taxi a day in advance for an early morning pickup from Germany to the Netherlands and even paid a reservation fee. They confirmed the booking, forced us into a shady “free trial subscription,” and then simply NEVER showed up.
We waited outside with our luggage for 15 minutes in the freezing morning near the mountains. No taxi. No call. No explanation.
Because of them, our entire journey was ruined and we had to spend a lot of extra money on last-minute trains. Total waste of time, money, and energy.
This company feels dishonest and scammy, especially with their sneaky subscription charges. A taxi service that doesn’t even show up after confirming is completely useless.
Unreliable, unprofessional, and not to be trusted. STAY FAR AWAY!!!!

Total scam. Did not turn up after I payed a small deposit. A couple of days later they tried taking money from my account. My bank blocked them I’m glad to say.

Shocking🤦‍♀️booked a taxi for the airport, spoke to advisor, they stated all is good, followed up in email and asked for confirmation, they responded stating all is booked and taxi will be there. 6.30 am pick up time-no taxi. I called them just to know that they couldnt find a driver, and apparently they emailed me (they didnt). What a shambles. Thanks higher powers for Uber as these ****heads are just useless

Just had fraudulent money taken from my account.
My bank messaged me today to state they have declined a payment going out for fear of fraud.
I've called bank and low and behold they have taken 3 lots of money from my account starting with 10 p , with a total of £68.03 since December. I never even noticed but means something when the fraud team from my bank stop a payment based on fraud.
Love my bank ( full refund), but Bookeo24, Robbing stealing scum. cant wait till fraud team knock on your door, they want there money back.

This website/service is terrible and completely unclear in what you may think you agreed. It presents itself as a service that connects customer with taxidrivers, like Uber. You search for a taxi for a certain traject. The confirmation is given but it is unclear how the driver is instructed and completely unclear that, apparantly you have inscribed for more than just one taxi ride. I ordered a taxi in France and had to pay the taxi charge to the driver (I could pay with creditcard). Two days later it appeared that an amount of around USD 46 was charged on the same credit card. No description and fully unclear for what. It seemed to me taht I was du=ouble paying for the taxi ride so I asked my credit card company to restore the crediting by demonstrating the payment of the taxi ride. Nothing heard on that yet. Now it appeared that for the second time the same amount is charged. When booking for the taxi it is in no way communicated tha tyou sign up for a service subcription. Not on the website, that when looking at it again, in now way says anything about it. Also not in the emails that I received for the booking of the taxi. Very discappointing and it is really looks like a scam organisation.
There should not even be one star. It is below any decent entrepreneurial behavior. I strongly recommend anyone to avoid this service "company".

This company is a fraud !After i booked online a taxi that never came , I found out that my banking card has been charged 39 euros..I need my money back ...Noone should use this company ever again .

Would be a negative rating if possible. TRIED to book a taxi multiple times, none ever came and always said no drivers available when we tried this multiple times. It has signed me up to some sort of subscription and had taken 70 pound out my account so far. Stay FAR AWAY. This is a total scam that says will take a holding charge waiting on a driver that dosent exist then starts STEALING money out of your account. I am going through my bank to get my money back as this is a total scam, disgusting

Updating my review of Bookeo 24. When I thought this sham company couldn't get any worse...Their customer service team investigated my requested for refund. Since I didnt know I was subscribing to their service, which I didnt subscribe, they have told me that their fee stands. It's a 72 hour trial. I cancelled same day. Deactivated my account, they still took their monthly fee.

I've contacted my bank to report the fraud and also ensured that they couldn't freely debit my account in future.

I thought the days of highwaymen had long passed but am both shocked and saddened to find that they still roam the roads of Europe today under the shadowy guise of Bookeo24. Two issues. I used this company to book a taxi in France and was billed £32. I thought this covered the journey however when the taxi driver arrived they said they needed £120 in addition to what I had paid. Bookeo24 had billed me just so they could make a phone call to arrange a taxi. I find it difficult to see how this merits £32. I regret to say that this company then billed me a further £39 one month after I used them claiming I had subscribed to them. I had done no such thing. A refund would perhaps make me reconsider my rating and my assessment of what I currently perceive to be a rather deplorable organisation.

DON'T U DARE to USE THIS SHIT... CHARGED ME 34,90€ monthly for two months just for one shitty cab order...didn't even arrive...and i did NOT sign for some shitty service thank u for listening have a great day and be safe out there :)

Booked a cab in Santorini through bookeo24 but it never came - no details of the booking as well.
Saw a trust pilot review saying they charge you for a subscription- amd cancelled it on the bookeo24 account.
Wouldnt recommend!

Had to call to get a confirmation, and then taxi didn’t show up

I went there, where inset up taxi appoitment. Taxi driver didn't see my confimation info anywhere.

We had the same experience as the other reviews. We booked a taxi to the airport in Sydney. The taxi never showed up. There was no confirmation. We took a bus and a train to the airport, almost too late for our flight. Now, 3 days later, we are invoiced for 39 euro for a taxi that never showed up. I'm especially worried about the reviews saying that it is a subscription. That was never clear at all. All we wanted was one simple taxi ride to the airport... Do not use this company!!

Terrible firm do not use. We booked a taxi in Paris it did not turn up the company said I need confirm my number they sent no code then when I got back home to the UK they took £39 out my account. They do not respond to emails and have not given a refund even though they did not provide any service at all. Customer service is none existent
