Everything happened as communicated. It was easy to work with the bus company we were connected to.
Some annoying thing is that you only know which bus company took the offer one day before the event, which makes it a bit difficult to get information (in the end we got 2x50p bus insteas of 1x90 for example). It would be nice to get more information ahead.

The bus driver was really nice and accommodating! We were at first really nervous because we booked the bus as students for students to do a trip from NL to a German Christmas Market, but everything went well and the customer service was amazing as well!

Everything was very well organized, nice and helpful driver, timely arrivals, clean bus.

Nice and professional driver. He drove our group in the Netherlands four days. He did the extra to assist with different questions I had. I recommend him 100%. He knows English very well.

The first bus trip went without a hiccup, but the second proved more problematic.
We did not receive any information for the second bus due to a miscommunication a few days prior. This was difficult when we landed at the airport as we did not know where to go or who to contact and eventually had to call the emergency line, and the other bus company before the first bus driver managed to give us some information.

Amazing customer service from miranda I actually cannot thank her enough we had 79 passengers and alsorts of different trips with various destinations, times and numbers. We were absolutely catered for unbelievably well, it all went perfectly.

I arranged 3 buses through Bookabus for my wedding weekend. The quality of the coaches was sublime, the driver was professional and extremely helpful.

As promised, I received an email with the details of the driver 24 hours before pick up. On all 3 occasions the coach arrived 15-20 early and was more than accommodating when a couple of my guests were running a little late. Would 100% recommend and I plan on using again in the future.

+ : The bus driver was super nice and the bus itself was really comfortable. Everything went smoothly.

-: The price for the bus is quite expensive
-: I asked on the phone how long it would take to one city to another and I was asked to check on map which makes sense but it would have been better to let me know that the driver needed a break of 30 min because we had a meeting with the guide at the park at 12:00 and I had to postpone it to 12:30.
