I was dealing with the genuine one but this company added a - to the email address. This then redirected it to them.
They took payment then never confirmed it.
Make sure you deal with the genuine company.

Urgent Warning – Mismanaged Booking & Unresolved Refund

I am posting this review urgently to highlight a serious issue with Book-2Travel regarding my booking (Reference: 25458251006, Airline PNR: N3EV2N) paid via Apple Pay (£1,059 on 12 March 2026). Despite providing all confirmations, payments, and communications, the company has denied responsibility and refused to process my refund, causing me significant stress, anxiety, and financial concern.

I initially removed a prior review due to confusion about the company, but the facts are clear: Book-2Travel directly handled my booking, collected payment, and imposed terms that I believe are unlawful.

I strongly urge potential customers to proceed with caution and carefully verify all bookings and policies before paying. I am also calling on any legal professionals or consumer protection advisors who can assist in pursuing a refund and compensation to come forward. This matter has caused serious distress, and immediate resolution
