It arrived broken
It was a gift, the jar arrived broken in several parts. When I asked for a replacement, they gave me a deadline. That was not met. My new jar has not arrived yet. The worst part is that it was a gift, it arrived at my boyfriend's house broken and the card I sent the text for them to put in it was not made correctly. I waited for them to resolve my situation, but nothing has been done yet.

Broken pot
The tree was very beautiful, but unfortunately the pot was broken into small pieces. Since it was a gift to a friend, I experienced a lot of stress because of this situation.

I wrote the negative feedbacks- it was all about customer service... well, that´s say they care about the plant and shipping and invest in that not in administration; I care about customer service- when I pay for service.
here I pay for a old and healthy bonsai with good shipping- and here that´s great! I bought somewhere else - I was not happy with the plant- but service was great. So... chose- here you get real good gardening and a real beautiful, worthy plant;
