About Bonanza
Written by the company
Experience has proven to us that listening to our sellers' feedback is the best opportunity we have to consistently improve our product. That's why we've developed various tools over the years to make online selling easy. Our business relies on making successful sellers, so it's not a coincidence that the tools we offer can be customized to fit our sellers' needs.
Some of our most popular tools include:
- Automatic eBay, Amazon, and Shopify inventory import/sync
- Multi-item editing capabilities
- Customized marketing campaign tools
- Zero-effort webstores (automatically built from your marketplace account)
Bonanza has been a seller-centric marketplace since our inception - that's why we don't make any money until you do. No listing fees, no monthly store fees, no other sneaky fees. We provide one-click publishing to all major buyer channels , and we pay all advertising costs on your behalf until you make a sale.
Although most marketplaces focus exclusively on promoting their own brand to buyers, Bonanza is a platform that allows sellers to make sales and build a brand by developing relationships with their customers. Building your online business takes vision, dedication, and time, so you need to know you're building on a solid foundation.
In 2021, Bonanza was ranked first for "Customer Service", "Communication" and "Most Recommended Marketplace" in the EcommerceBytes Sellers Choice Awards, ahead of eBay, Amazon, Etsy, and all other contenders in the largest online survey of sellers, administered by the longest running ecommerce industry news sites, Ecommercebytes. In 2020, we were voted best "Customer Service", "Communication" and "Ease of Use."

I wrote them but they never responded. They just take your money. don't use this site. it should be shut down!

E-Commerce Equivalent of a Tumbleweed
Bonanza is the e-commerce equivalent of a tumbleweed. No traffic. No traction. No clue. It's baffling how a site with such comically low visibility expects sellers to stick around while their listings collect dust. If they plan to stay afloat on delusion alone, it's working—but just barely.
They closed my seller account for no…
They closed my seller account for no reason. I don't know if I will receive a refund. A shady and illegal business.
They closed my webstore and won't help me
I've had multiple issues with glitches in their website but rarely receive the support I need. The latest issue is that my webstore was suddenly closed (not by me) on the fifth anniversary of me opening the account, and they aren't giving me assistance. All of the product links I've posted online for five years are now broken. It took three emails to them to get a response, but that response was a non-helpful quick response. I immediately replied back, but now it's been two weeks without a reply from them.
PLUS, they raised their seller fees from 3.5% to 11% AND added listing fees!
UPDATE: As of 7/26/25 so far, I still have not heard back from support. I emailed them again on 7/14 without response. I also noticed that their glitchy website turned back ON the setting that I turned OFF to charge my credit card $30 for a shipping balance. I do not use their shipping. I turned it back off (again) and applied for my money back. They will charge me 8% credit card processing fee!
Beware!! SCAM site! They WILL steal your money!
Bonanza is a scam site and they WILL steal your money! I opened an account and went through every step to activate it and paid my $14.99 and set my booth up. I started to use it and things went well for about 1/2 an hour, then the system started messing up and wouldn't let me finish creating my first listing. I logged out, then logged back in thinking it would fix the glitch, but I couldn't even login. I emailed their customer support and a day later received a reply saying that for some unspecified security issue with their system, they could not open my account. That is an incorrect statement as I did open an account, they took my $14.99, then closed my account. These people are a bunch of thieves and scammers. There are no security issues with me or my accounts and I have been an eBay member since May of 1997.
STAY AWAY FROM THESE HUCKSTERS
The owners and support staff should be charged with fraud for their business practices.
I'm no rookie to on line selling (26 years) and I had the same issues as the others have listed. When the fee changes were announced I reduced my 4,800 items to 37 items before the May 1 deadline. They still charged me the $20.00 fee. I closed my booth and cancelled my subscription. Even though I had less than 50 items listed they still charged me another $20.00.
I disputed both charges with my credit card company.
The support staff (hello Brianna and Keith) are pitiful.
They could care less about your issues and are just passing time till quitting time and they can go home.
In summation...STAY AWAY FROM THESE HUCKSTERS.
ZERO STARS
ZERO STARS! CHARGES ME TWICE CONSTANTLY, TONS OF HIDDEN FEES, AND THEY HAVE FINALLY ROYALLY SCREWED OVER THEIR SELLERS WITH THIS LAST FEE THEY ADDED. IF YOU ARE STILL IN BONANZA.COM, YOU ARE BEING PLAYED, GET OUT NOW! CLOSE YOUR SELLING BOOTH AND SELLER ACCOUNT! THE ONLY ONES MAKING MONEY HERE ARE BONANZA.COM SELLING THEIR "SELLER PLANS" TO DESPERATE SELLERS, TOTAL SCAM. FAKE TRAFFIC! THIS WEBSITE DESERVES TO BE SHUT DOWN AND THE OWNERS PUNISHED.
I won't ever buy through Bonanza.com again
This was the first and last time I buy anything through Bonanza.com.
I bought something that was not as advertised. I requested a refund, and the seller was rude and dismissive at first. They ignored my offer to return the item. I posted a negative review, and then the seller offered to give me a refund in exchange for me deleting my review.
The seller insisted that I first file a credit card dispute before the refund. So, I went through that hassle. Then, the seller hounded me with almost daily emails asking me to delete my review.
The seller even sent me an email via a private email address, not through Bonanza.com. Therefore, Bonanza.com gave the seller my email address. This is unethical and puts consumers at risk.
I finally got my credit card statement today, and it shows my refund.
Meanwhile, the people at Bonanza.com were not at all helpful. They only provide the marketplace, and seem to do nothing for the consumer and sellers beyond this marketplace. My complaints were repeatedly answered with the same response that tells me that they won't help me.
I have twice specifically asked how I can edit or delete my review, and my queries were ignored.
Stay Away!!!!…
I have been with Bonanza almost from the beginning, use to be nice people. I did get notified about $20 charge but I did expect to get some views on my products, NOTHING!! Now they charged me additional $20 when I closed my account. Stay away!!!!!!
Zero stars
Zero. Not a real company. They use their separation from sellers and buyers to scam people. Product doesn’t arrive. They say seller is no longer with us. No refund. No product. Full scam.
Bonanza charged my card $20 without consent
Bonanza charged my card $20 in the name of listing fees.
Never received any notification or email about listing fees.
As soon as i closed my account these frauds tried to charge my card again with $20. But i have already blocked my card before closing the account.
They are scamming sellers now.
Be aware!
Absolutely DO NOT sell on Bonanza.com
Absolutely DO NOT sell on Bonanza.com. They were a good platform before they were bought by another entity. Now they are nothing but fees, fees and more fees. I just closed my account. I had trouble with that even. DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT. Sell on there.
They are charging for every listing you have active now
They updated their fee structure with a very vague blog post. I contacted a bonanza agent and they told me that I would only be charged a fee for new listing that are posted. I did not post any new listings and was charged $20 in fees.
Turns out the agent I spoke with did not know what they were talking about and they are now charging you a fee for every listing that you have on your account. After contacting them again they refused to fix their mistake or offer any kind of refund. They do not care about people on the platform.
Good service
Good service. Good behavior. Nice hairstyle. Good hair cut. customer service was a very nice.
Bonanze does not care or take care of sellers in fact they take advantage of them
I'm writing to express serious concern regarding unauthorized charges of $20 per month that recently appeared on my account. As a long-standing seller, I received no prior notice or sought-after approval for this fee. Given my average earnings on Bonanza are significantly less than this charge, it's clear I would never have opted into such a program.
This experience, coupled with my minimal sales volume here (averaging one sale every two months compared to 5-20 daily sales on other platforms with identical listings), makes these new fees entirely unsustainable and frankly, inexplicable. I've initiated a dispute and communicated my decision to cease all activity on Bonanza. I've also noted similar concerns from other sellers who feel similarly disadvantaged by this suprise $20 fee that was never approved. I genuinely believe sellers would be better served by exploring alternative platforms.
Bonanza charged my bank $20 twice.
Bonanza charged my bank $20 twice most likely hidden fees that I had no idea about. Never received notification or email about this. I am not the only one complaing about this.BBB has never ending complaints Bonanza doesn't have a phone number for customer support. They never respond to messages. Bonanza started off very good about 5 years ago. No listing fees or any hidden fees. I closed my account and sticking with ebay.
HORRIBLE
HORRIBLE - So sorry i ever tried to sell on this platform. They took money out of my account they did not deserve. I got notice about your FEE changes so deleted over 400 listing to bring my total down to 48 listings. I then turned E-bay SYNC OFF. Somehow later, ALL of my listings had magicaly APPEARD again without my knowledge and they billed me over $13 on ZERO SALES for OVER 2 MONTHS. THEY STOLE MY MONEY and I will FILE COMPLAINTS agains them for their shadey practices. I CAN NOT AFFORD TO HAVE MY MONEY TAKEN FOR NOTHING IN RETURN. my product ( Player Piano music for Yamaha Disklaviers) was not the problem. My E-bay sales are a YEARLY 5 DIGIT FIGURE $$,$$$.$$ - Same products on your Bonanza for the past 2 Months GENERATED a MINUS OR Negative - $13.85 So I CLOSED MY BOOTH AND ACCOUNT. My sales on Bonanza compared to E-bay are like NIGHT AND DAY. my E-bay Store store with a Muti Millon Dollar Inventory that Bonanza also had (PAST TENSE) is called playerpianomusic or
Dunn Brothers Player Piano Music
no notice on new fees
I opened my account in feb 21. I came here because of no listing fees. I looked at my bank account and saw a $20 charge for may listing fees. I never received any notice of this at all. I have had 11 sales in 4 and a half years!!! My last sale was 9 months ago. They do nothing for me and if they think I am giving them $240 yr for nothing there mistaken. I closed my account if they attempt to charge me for June there going to have a fight on there hands. If I wanted fees on top of fees I have ebay but at least there are customers there.
