I really couldn't be happier with my new boiler and complete central heating installation work. Mark and his team kept me involved and informed every step of the way. They were polite, friendly, clean and efficient and very trustworthy. I felt that my house was in safe hands when I went out and always came home amazed at how much they'd done in the time. They finished ahead of schedule - with everything expertly taken care of.

I've woken up to a quiet, toasty warm house knowing it's not going to cost the Earth. Thank you Boilertrust. I'm a very happy customer.

I was really impressed with the service I received from Boilertrust. They turned up on time and did a lovely job, but what impressed us most was the care and attention they took. Our kitchen looked immaculate and we're so happy with our new boiler.

Felt immediately at ease when speaking to them - they explained everything knowledgeably, were upfront about all costs and had a very friendly manner.
On the day of the labour they were punctual and finished everything ahead of time. They cleaned up after themselves and even left things looking better. I was so comfortable with them I even left the house for a bit while they cracked on. I highly recommend Boilertrust.

Boilertrust really got us out of a pickle when they came up with a solution for replacing our boiler and gas pipes without taking up any of the floor or doing major works. Everything was done within a day at a competitive price and using quality materials. Mark could not have been more helpful and reassuring, explaining everything fully and giving us all our options. Furthermore, knowing everything complies fully with buildings and safety regulations, and all works are guaranteed for 15 years, gives us complete peace of mind.

Since then, Boilertrust have continued to offer us exceptional customer service on the few occasions when we have had issues with the boiler. For example, they popped over to explain and demonstrate how to top up the pressure, and didn't charge me anything.

We found Boilertrust via the compare companies group, and we're so pleased we went with them over other companies. We loved the fact that from the moment they made contact, we had a Gas Safe engineer assigned to us who clearly knew what he was talking about, instead of a sales person.
