Excellent, reliable service
David first responded to a boiler emergency at my property when I couldn’t find anyone else to help quickly. His service was prompt, punctual and very professional and I was only charged the call out fee.
On another occasion I had to cancel some work he had already ordered equipment for and he was extremely gracious and understanding about it.
Very professional and skilled.

S&I of a 3 port valve
A good job well done in a timely manner, however we were charged 20% VAT although CDRoberts is not VAT registered according to HMRC, we were disappointed by this.

As for the VAT registration I can assure you that we are VAT registered the number is 376 6776 36, I'm not sure why HMRC wasn't showing this? But obviously would like to clear this up as this would be illegal. I will also email you a copy of the Certificate of registration.

Brilliant service
Had my boiler serviced and communication was brilliant from start to finish. Arrived on time and was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. All round brilliant service and will definitely use again and recommended to family and friends.

I would highly recommend David to anyone in the future.
David recently repaired my boiler that had stopped working. He came on the Friday afternoon and diagnosed the problem and by the Saturday morning he had picked up the part required and had installed it. I was highly Impressed with David's work. I would definitely use David again and would highly recommend him to anyone else.
