Missing item in delivery
I ordered two items from Bodylab24.de and when the order was delivered only one item was present. I asked the DHL delivery person where the second item was but they said he only had one item for delivery to me. Very disappointed!

Good Tase, bad packaging
Good Morning,
first of all i am no native english speaker. Sorry for my simple style of writing.
I like the tase of your vegan products, that is the main reason i bought them in the past. Unfortunately i have to tell you, that futher i will not buy any of your products, because i do not like your plastic packaging. For example you use only 60% of your packaging for the pudder, the other 40% is empty space. I care about enviroment and I want to avoid waste. It would be great, if you take care of that.

No free t shirt
10min after revognizing that i have missed to put in a free t Shirt into my 140€ order, i have contacted service Desk, asking to add the forgotten shirt into my package, next day recieving an email with the answer that it is too late, cause it is a day later. This behaviour makes a frequent customer really unhappy! :(

When opening the packaging of the…
When opening the packaging of the delivery I was shocked to witness that the „weight gainer“ package was opened and a sizable amount of powder was spilled out. That might’ve been caused through the delivery process or perhaps the unsuitable packaging for such substance. I find this totally unexpected and am looking forward to a response from your side, hence if that will be the case for future deliveries I will impede to emplace orders in the future.
