Long delivery times for whatever product

They basically source most of their products from other companies and simply repackage them under the “bodylab24” label. I don’t have anything against that. However, the only real value they add on their side is supposed to be fast shipping.

And that’s exactly where they fail.

I ordered from "bulk.com" the shipment comes from Germany and arrives at my place within 3–4 days working days. Bodylab, on the other hand, takes at least 7 working days (that’s a week and a half) for deliveries within Switzerland. That’s simply too long !!

Due to a temporarily high order volume, deliveries unfortunately took longer than usual, which we regret.
Please note that under normal circumstances, our delivery times within Switzerland are shorter.

We would also like to clarify that our products are developed by us based on our own formulations and quality standards and are not standardized products simply relabeled under different brands.

I spent almost 500 Chf on one single…

I spent almost 500 Chf on one single order, they din't add anything, no shaker no tshirt, just the items i paid for. That's weird.

Very fast shipping and very good price

In the start, I was afraid to order because I saw a lot of bad comments, but all the comments was old and from the corona. So I told myself I will try to order and maximum Fr.50 will Go to trash. I ordered Now in November with all their discounts, And I’ve got The protein in three days. I’m very satisfied and I’m recommend on this site

11 days since I made an order

11 days since I made an order - nothing received. Support only answer: "We have people sick here", and then no more...

Apparently they are scamming people - DONT USE THEM!

Terrible customer service

Protein was off when it arrived. Tastes like sour milk and had clearly gone rancid. When I asked the company about sending the tub back they said they weren’t liable.

Don’t order supplements from this company. I made a large order and only wanted to swap the 1 tub.

Disgraceful

The package took longer than the…

The package took longer than the expected and I was never warmed by the bodylab team that there was some issue occurring, they only informed me after I complained.

Can only recommend

Good quality for a very good price and quick delivery. Used to buy my supplements on MyPortein, but the prices got rediculously high, so I switched to Bodylab and I am not disappointed in the slightest.

Expect no real help from Support

Had problems with the delivery and contacted the support. They were extremly unmotivated to help and did barrely the minimum.

After receiving and opening my package there was a real mess inside, all sticky and dusty from proteinpowder all over my packs.
No securing inside to prevent it from damaging etc.

There much costumer friendlier shops out there so no comming back.

Frustrating delivery

Not happy about the delivery method. I did not Get notified when the delivery came and was unable to change delivery method through the website. They did not contact me and i had to organise this my self.

Poor product description

Basically everything is good, but I found out that I ordered the wrong type of protein powder.
Actually, I wanted the banana flavour (because I already had it at home and I like it), but I ordered the neutral flavour. This is because both flavours have exactly the same packaging - neither the lettering nor the picture indicated banana, and I would have preferred vanilla to banana in terms of taste. In retrospect, I saw that it said "banana" under the printed barcode.... but please, how could I have guessed that?
The nutritional values, description, etc. were all identical.

Now I have a 2kg box of protein powder that doesn't really taste good to me.
