Barbell's box came open with one missing bar that probably felt somewhere during packaging, the rest was perfect

Dear Body&Fit Support,
Dear Body&Fit Support,
I received my order today, but unfortunately one of the products (Olimp Glutamine Powder) arrived with the seal already broken and the container opened.
As you can see in the attached photo, the product was not properly sealed upon arrival. Since this is a nutritional supplement, I cannot use a product that has already been opened for safety reasons.
I have been a loyal Body&Fit customer for many years, and this order was worth €133, so I was quite disappointed to receive a product in this condition.
I would appreciate it if you could send me a replacement free of charge or offer an appropriate compensation.
Thank you in advance for your help, and I look forward to your reply.
Kind regards
