Order sent back due to “incorrect address” WEIRD
My order was sent back while in transit due to an “incorrect address”. There was nothing incorrect about my address. I was promptly refunded but am very puzzled by this.

Thank you for your review.
We’re sorry to hear about your experience. Sometimes the carrier mistakenly reports an address as incorrect, while the actual issue is something else, such as damage to the parcel during transit. We apologize for the inconvenience this has caused.

Product came expired. The apge over returns doesn't work on their website. Clients service doesn't answer, and chat loses connection often together with the request. There is no way to contact them.

I always buy from body and fit and they usually leave everything in front of the door or in the terrace. But this time they took it away and I had to pick it up somewhere which unfortunately it’s very difficult for me.

We are sorry to hear that the delivery process was inconvenient for you.
Unfortunately, the delivery method is determined by the carrier, and we do not always have control over whether a package is left at the door or delivered to a pickup point.
We understand that picking up your package can be difficult, and we apologize for the inconvenience caused.
