Generally a good experience as always with Boardshop. I ordered a custom that was estimated to take 6-8 weeks, but it ended up taking closer to 4 months through no fault of their own. The team grafted hard to get it to me in time for a recent trip, which was really appreciated. Only negative was I would have like to have been updated about the delays, and not had to chase up.

I just had the write a review at one point, it is already long overdue. Their service, knowledge, helpfulness is probably the best out of any shop i bought something. They all seem to be really fun to hang out, surf or work with and i think thats hard to find. I definetly recommend this shop. Keep up the great work and I wish the whole team a great day! cheers, Luca

Really helpful advice over the phone; totally understood our needs. Also was made to feel super comfortable even though I don't know loads about surfing and ended up buying a great intermediate board which was delivered really quickly by a sensible courier!

Excellent service, board arrived in Ireland in a week, in perfect condition, can’t ask for anything more.

Dealing with all the guys in boardshop was a brilliant experience. I ordered a custom lost board, and was kept updated all the way through . The board came delivered perfectly packed to ireland and wow what a beautoful board. Excellent team to deal with they even made customs cheaper.for me

This was my first ever surf board purchase, and I experienced instant response to my emails, with good information and suggestions on what to purchase based on my current level. Awesome experience and a was helped throughout. Nothing was to much of an issue and I've already been out on my new febs fish which didn't disappoint.
