I feel I’m doing Boardshop a disservice by writing a review, because words are not enough to describe the quality of service one experiences when dealing with this merry band of South coast retailers. Their knowledge of surfing craft and understanding of their responsibilities towards their customer calls to mind the authenticity best described by none other than that other South coast dweller Thomas Hardy; “distilled by the fruits of closest observation”. I came to the store to pickup a board id bought but I was in a mad rush as I had to get up to the wave at Bristol before they closed. The guys were kind enough to take my board from it's packaging, attach the fins and leash and pop it in it's bag ready for me to pick it up. All around great service. Many thanks.

Love the Boardshop. Great team and advice for surfers of all levels. Ian's video's are becoming the go to place for choosing a board. Ian helped with choosing my new lib tech pick up stick 6'6 - will be a great addition to my quiver. Yet to try it out but I know it will be a wave machine on those mellower days. Thanks Boardshop!

My third board from these guys & amazing as board came the next day… Well wrapped up for protection & I love it.. Needed twin fin advice to add some fins to order & the advice was spot on to accommodate the board.
