I went to B&M in Stamford as I was looking for 2 storage stools and while I was wondering around I was approached by Louisa and she was absolutely amazing!
She did everything she could to find the items I was looking for. Checked the system and helped me finding them.
It's really rare these days to find staff this helpful, specially in a big store like this.

Isabelle from customer service was absolutely fabulous! Had a bad experience in store in regards to a faulty fan I bought less than 30 days ago that the manager woudnt help me with due to not having the receipt. Couple weeks ago I went into B&M in pitsea and I couldn’t find few this and I think her name was Billie I’m not too sure if that her name but she went above and beyond she help me find every item I couldn’t find, we was very helpful and had a massive smile on her face. if I was her boss I would give her a pay rise if I had the opportunity to do so .

I had a great experience in the Hexham store in Northumberland. All the staff were welcoming and friendly. There was a lady who stood out when she helped me with a purchase. She went above and beyond to ensure I had the items I needed. She helped me carry them and put them in a trolley. Fantastic customer experience.

Came into this B&M store looking for a piece of furniture but couldn't find it. Went to pay for another item and only one till was open with one staff member serving — a queue quickly built up. Meanwhile another staff member was stood by the tills chatting to her family/friends, doing nothing.
After waiting around five minutes, I asked her if any other tills were open. She looked at me, said "no," and turned straight back to her conversation. Another staff member then came and opened a till. When I explained what had just happened, she told me I "should have asked" — despite the fact I had asked, and been blanked.
Completely unprofessional. One staff member was clearly more interested in socialising than helping customers, and queues were left to build up as a result. Won't be rushing back to this branch.

Kittybrewster store Aberdeen is awful management are disgusting they speak to employees terribly customers don’t get spoken to any better management do not set an example for staff instead treat staff as lesser than its appalling I know a member of staff there it’s one rule for one person one for the rest avoid go to langstracht store instead better service.

Bought as a replacement an own brand (SIMPLY) soft close toilet seat. The girl at the till asked if I wanted a receipt in case it was unsuitable. HOW TRUE !!!. I bought it as it said quick and easy fitting owing to my mobility issues. FALSE. The manner of fittings stop this item being attached as it comes loose every time. I could descend to toilet based puns in this review about product suitability. The HONEST point is that the item is not fit for purpose and should be taken off the shelves.
I took item back with receipt, refund no quibble so as a firm review is 3*but product 1*
