Kijk uit voor jacktop en bm.bet ze zijn vmvan dezelfde operator fair game software solutions en ik heb bij elkaar meer dan 35000,- euro verloren terwijl ik vaak heb gevraagd mijn account te sluiten omdat ik de controle kwijt was en ze gingen me ompraten om toch te blijven doorgaan want er zou een grote winst aankomen en ik was al zo ver zonden om te stoppen. Ik ben met een advocaat in gesprek om deze oplichters aan te klagen want het is ernstige schending van hun zorgplicht

Dat u hier op Trustpilot ineens reageert terwijl ik via meerdere kanalen nooit één enkele reactie heb gekregen, zegt genoeg. Ik heb jullie supportteam op verschillende manieren benaderd en nooit antwoord ontvangen. Daarom laat ik hieronder letterlijk zien hoe BM.bet omgaat met spelers die proberen te stoppen.

Letterlijk gesprek uit jullie eigen mails – terwijl mijn account nog open stond:

Ik:
“it's really time to close my account now I lost almost everything because of that (woord mag niet van Trustpilot) gambling and don't ask again sorry but just do it without asking questions”

BM.bet:
“Oh no, why do you want to leave? What's the reason behind your decision?”

Ik:
“no questions just close my account immediately, it will only get me into trouble”

BM.bet:
“I'll be happy to help you, but please explain the reason for your decision first...”

Ik:
“Just close my account please it gives me a lot of trouble”

BM.bet:
“how about you try the deposit limit first? I can even set a limit of 20 bonus euros per month.”

Ik:
“I am going to court with this and with all the other conversations we have, my lawyer gives me a good chance of success”

BM.bet:
“there's no need for that. Is this your final decision?”

Ik:
“Yes please”

BM.bet:
“Your account is closed at your request. Have a great day!”

Maar wat daarna gebeurde is nog zorgwekkender.

Ondanks dat mijn account officieel gesloten was, heeft BM.bet mij daarna opnieuw benaderd om terug te komen. Hier zijn de mails die ik ontving ná de sluiting van mijn account:

1. “The time has come for a grand comeback!”

“We’ve been missing your presence…
fresh updates…
special deals to make your return enjoyable…
Hope to see you back soon!”

2. “You could have already won…”

“Your account is still waiting, but it’s missing something… you!
We’ve added new games, features, and opportunities…
Trust me, it’s worth it!”

En nog iets:

U vraagt mij nu om “support te mailen”, maar dat is precies waarom ik daar geen vertrouwen in heb. Ik heb BM.bet al heel vaak geprobeerd te bereiken en nooit een reactie gekregen. Daarnaast heb ik op 25 november 2025 een duidelijke e-mail gestuurd, en als u dit echt wil oplossen kunt u daar gewoon op reageren.

Ik had al meerdere keren gevraagd om mijn account te sluiten omdat gokken mij in grote problemen bracht. Pas na herhaald aandringen en dreigen met een advocaat werd mijn account eindelijk gesloten.
Maar zelfs daarna werd ik opnieuw benaderd om terug te komen, terwijl BM.bet wist dat ik ernstig in de problemen zat.

Dat ik via Trustpilot wél reactie krijg en via e-mail nooit, zegt alles.

De zaak ligt bij mijn advocaat.
Mijn reviews blijven staan totdat dit volledig is opgelost.

If so, it would be appreciated if a confirmation could be sent to my email and if I also get a response when I ask a question, but I assume I will still be ignored if I give my email address to support.

This platform clearly has no intention of paying players promptly, and only acts when publicly exposed.
• My €3,000 withdrawal took over 3 weeks to process.
• I sent emails every day with no real answers – only vague replies and stalling tactics.
• The money was only transferred AFTER I posted a negative review on Trustpilot – clear proof that they don’t respond to customers, only to public pressure.
And it gets worse…
• On 18-07-2025, I placed a new withdrawal of €800.
• As of 07-08-2025, I have STILL not received the funds.
• BM.bet is once again feeding me the same empty excuses and delays as before — no proof of payment, no timeline, no transparency.
This isn’t an isolated incident — this is a repeating pattern of behavior.

Shocking Experience

I deposited my initial funds to place some bets and when I attempted to withdraw some winnings the option to transfer back to my bank account wasn't available, the only options were by Crypto or MyFinity which i have neither. After spending over 5hrs chatting to so called agents I am no farther forward and still can't withdraw winnings. I even attempted to open a Crypto and MyInfinty account but these are proving problematic as well ! I currently have over £4000.00 ready to withdraw and i can't!!!!

Pity I can add a negative star horrible place . First of all the verifications they ask for 3 more pieces than legally supposed to . Then try withdraw and yes more verifications (been trying over a week now) . Once you have been through he'll them the withdrawal just sits waiting to be processed. 3 days now. The odds are terrible on anything other than the lowest stakes. If you can break even you can't get the funds out anyway. The wothdrawl methods are limited to 2 (they will not withdral to the method you deposited with) so get ready to sign up and verify another wallet (which charge btw so you will not get the right amount, even if they actually do process it ) .

Avoid the odds are terrible and the withdrawal even worse .

Edit. I have recieved my funds and change my.rating accordingly.

Like trying to get blood out of a stone.
They want confirmation of the deposits I made with my bank card and bank transfer yet they do not pay directly back to your bank account it's only mifinity payop or crypto. Which if I had known I would not of deposited. Absolutely not going to get my winnings back. Well after about back and forth and about 10 emails they finally explained that it was 1 month bank statement after sending a statement already. Then they sent an email saying my account was verified,I tried to withdrawal again only for it to be cancelled again because they now needed a screenshot of mifinity account which I had to set up because they do pay out back to your bank. Still no sign of my withdrawal ill update if I get it.
Update number 3,still no sign of original £300 withdrawal but lucky enough to win again 2 days later but when trying to withdraw £400 I received an email saying cancellation of withdrawal because I have a £500 aday withdrawal limit ...though I'm making withdrawals 2 days apart ????? Absolute madness. Really poor way to run a casino. The reply is a farce I've reached many times with no explanation of why my daily withdrawal limit was not upheld by the limits you gave me ....I've been using for an explanation to why I made different withdrawals on different days under my, £500 limit but nobody can answer that???
I've looked through you rules and regulations and can't find the answer,so please highlight it and email me where it says a daily limit but not really !!! 😡
Finally got my withdrawal after 3 days,not super fast payment but not the slowest.
However still not happy with not being allowed to withdrawal my daily limit on 2 different days but they allowed me to withdrawal my limit over different days split in 300 and 200...funny how I haven't received the full withdrawal on the same day.
