Just had our hot tub delivered.
Excellent installation by John and Sorin. Very professional. They gave us a run through of how to set it up after installation. Would definitely recommend Blue Whale Spa.

We have just purchased a hot tub through Andrew Brunton in sales. He was very helpful and not at all pushy and arranged the right product at the right price. Pre-delivery communication was informative, and everyone is very friendly and helpful. The tub was delivered and installed by a couple of great guys, Duane and James. They arrived on time and worked swiftly and skilfully to get the best set up and were very conscientious throughout. I had a couple of queries after installation, and they were dealt with courteously and immediately. I believe they are a very customer focused team.

We bought our Fontana hot tub 7 years ago. We paid in installments to make it more affordable. We still use it regularly as it is so relaxing after a busy day. The quality is fabulous....with colour changing lights, fountains, amazing jets and speakers to listen to you favourite tunes. The tub easily fits 6 people and even has drink holders. The service from the team has been remarkable. If you have any questions or concerns, they will be at the other end of the phone to help you! Visited the showroom in Nottingham in late July, the team there were brilliant, just simple good advice and no pushy sales tactics at all (I hate people trying to “sell to me”). We weren’t sure what we wanted and went away with clear info. We decided a couple of days later and placed the order over the phone.
The hot tub was delivered and installed a couple of days ago, (around 5 weeks after order) really helpful chaps doing the delivery install and plenty of info provided before hand on what was required. One of the installation guys even gave us a full rundown of what we needed to do (and what not to do).
We had it setup and ready to use and were in it the following day, it’s awesome.
We thoroughly recommend the team at Blue Whale, especially Andrew Brunton, he is super helpful.
We just need to get our heads around the daily chemical testing which with all the info seems fairly simple.
100% recommend these guys if you want a spa without pressure sales tactics. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

We have bought a 6 person hot tub from Andrew Brunton last month. We viewed some in their showroom and they delivered it 2 weeks later.

This has exceeded my expectations due to aftersales care including the delivery agents taking the time to go through everything and giving tips on usage.

We also have an encyclopaedia of your tube videos sent from Andrew which help for a beginners like us to maintain and treat the water with confidence.

We got our Hot Tub back in March/April 2025. Delivered and installed by two cracking lads who went on to describe how everything works, and how to look after it. Maintains temperature really well. We did speak to the office later on to get details on how to change one of the pump settings, which they described perfectly. We started off at first using Bromide, but later changed to chlorine base as the balance was a bit tricky to maintain. There is someone in the hot tub most nights/days and it works perfectly and is not costing the earth to run. Thoroughly happy with both product and service

We purchased our hot tub from BlueWhale Spa after recommendation from a family member. And we couldn’t be happier.

With no sales pressure, Andrew Brunton offered guidance up front and emailed various installation and maintenance videos so we could fully understand the process and carefully consider our options.

Once ordered and prior to delivery, BlueWhale offered a free hot tub upgrade when they discovered a problem with our unit during their pre-installation quality control check. Of course we accepted and took delivery in March ‘25.

Their installation team arrived on time and couldn’t have been more helpful or friendly. They answered every question and ensured our tub was positioned perfectly before guiding us through set up process. Every item of packaging was taken away with them leaving our garden spotless.

Seven months following installation our only regret was not taking the plunge earlier! If you’re considering purchasing a hot tub, we’ve absolutely no hesitation recommending BlueWhale Spa.

Wow, where do I begin….. after a few years of debating whether to buy a hot tub we decided to take the plunge and take advantage of an offer at our local Costco who sell Blue Whale Spas. Within 48 hours of placing the order I had a call from Andrew Brunton explaining he had our order and looked forward to booking in a delivery date within a few weeks.
Our access to the garden is not easy and has two levels compounded with the ideal place for the hot tub to be as being sunken into the ground (formerly a fire pit) Andrew assured us that as long as we prepared a clear route then the delivery team would do their best to accommodate.
All during the process we were sent various emails explaining the process and video links to get ourselves prepared.
Day of delivery - we live in Glasgow and after a long drive as well as installing another hot tub prior to ours came the happiest install team in Trymore and Edmores. They set to work surveying the delivery and after much struggle and engineering feats had the tub in place. All along the way Trymore covered off what he was doing and then gave us an overview of the features and what to do next.
In summary we would highly recommend the team at Blue Whale Spa as the service was excellent and they will do whatever is needed to meet and exceed your expectations , Thank You !

We saw the hot tub online but wanted to speak to someone about it. From our initial enquiry Andrew Brunton and the Blue Whale spa team gave us all the information needed and exceptional service. We had to arrange a crane to lift our tub in and the Blue Whale installation team liaised with them on the day to make the whole process seamless. They were informative, polite and professional. We had all our questions answered before they left. We cannot recommend this company highly enough. We are now enjoying the benefits of our Princeton 3 hot tub. They also provide a great after sales service with easy to follow videos that assist with anything you need to know about the set up or running of the tub. Thank you Andrew and Blue Whale Spas!

Great Quality Hot Tub, Installation and Customer Sevice absolutely faultless.

The showroom is amazing, never knew they had so much on display. Hotubs galore, the team where spot on, Fiona helped us a lot , before we knew it our tub arrived, installed and up and running, hence we were very happy, would recommend a visit, they know their stuff. We had ours on credit terms, easy to do in no time at all. Two very happy customers 😀

I spoke with Andrew Brunton who was very helpful and provided me with all the information I needed. He organised a quick delivery date which was very much appreciated, especially by our two kids who have been in it ever since!
The after service has been great - any issues or questions have been dealt with swiftly and have given us total reassurance.

Great Experience dealing with Fiona and the initial sale.
Delivery was smooth.
Slight issue with a leak, however they have arranged for an engineer visit to solve this.
