So helpfull with pre order advice. When it arrived as quickly as promised my wife and I were over the moon with the quality. So much better than everything we had seen in shops locally. No doubt this is a far superior quality and well worth the money. So releived when we saw and tried the supplied seats and that the width of the kayak was wider than we imagined. My wife and I are so looking forward to our first outing planned for July. We swithered for ages over the Cruiser and Glider and decided in the end for the Glider. After seeing it for real blown up in our kitchen I dont think that stability will be much of a problem, Will maybe get wet once or twice until we become more expert, Hey-Ho its a kayak. So if you see two fit looking 69 yr olds up at Arisaig, give us a wave!

The kayak was very quick to arrive. The fact it comes with everything you need, meant I was ready to take it out straight away. I got it for easy kayaking on the canal and have really enjoyed it so far. Plus the colours make everyone on the tow path comment and ask where I got it.

Using the website was straightforward, all the information needed was there and delivery excellent. Instructions were simple and straightforward. "Bobbie " my kayak was easily inflated using the manual pump (my husbands SUP takes longer using the car charger). I (a novice paddler) found the kayak very easy to maintain a straight line and STABLE in the water, so much so that I was able to also have my dog with me. My husband is an experienced paddler, he took it for a spin and was pleasantly surprised with its handling and characteristics. Overall really happy with the whole experience.

Purchased a Dart touring Kayak three years ago which has been absolutely faultless. Recently bought a second one for my wife, identical to the first except the colour. Great prices and great kayaks.

We purchased an inflatable Canadian Canoe back in August 2022 and it arrived in early September: it’s fantastic! 👌🏻😁. We have been out on several trips and we are looking forward to many more this year. We’ve already received a number of admiring comments, and people saying how impressive it is as an inflatable 😁. It’s easy to inflate and deflate and comes in a handy bag so it can be packed away and transported. Obviously it is a big piece of kit, so the bag isn’t light (for me anyway 😉) and the wheels help with moving and it’s manageable for two. Works a treat for what we wanted it for and I think it glides really nicely through the water (this coming from me as a novice). Lovely customer service too 😁. I ordered a rainbow 2 seater kayak that said "3 working days delivery". After purchase I was then informed it would actually be 5 working days. I have since been told it will be 11 working days.

Fake delivery information. Who knows when I'll actually receive this item?!

I bought a Blue Wave "Discovery" Kayak Direct from the company last summer. Not only did I get the kayak at a GREAT price, but they were very good at both advising me and helping me throughout the process. As I was passing their warehouse on my way to my holiday home in Devon, they even allowed me to pick the craft up part way though my journey.

I love my Bluewave kayak - excellent quality with accessories. ordering was easy - communication re: order was excellent - very fast dispatch. Delivery was straight forward with the driver even carrying the kayak to its new home - looking forward to more adventures this year.

We bought 2 SUPs over the phone from Blue Wave Kayaks to add to the 2 that we had already bought on a visit to their shop a year before. We did not hesitate to deal with the company again as they are knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. The 2 SUPs arrived via a reputable courier company within a couple of days even though our house is very difficult to find. The SUPs are excellent quality, 100% reliable and great fun. I would not hesitate to recommend this company and I am sure that we will be buying other products from them in the future..

Stumbled across this place when looking for a high quality inflatable kayak, really good competitive prices across there whole range and offered the best price for the kayak I was looking for (single seat Glider kayak). The website was clear and easy to navigate, the product description was very well detailed with lots of information. Shipping was exactly as described and soon after purchasing I was emailed with my shipping details, overall my experience was very good and I have since recommended them to several friends whom I believe have purchased from Bluewave.

The tandem kayak I ordered arrived exactly when I was told it would. it was well packaged and is a great robust kayak. I use it at my holiday home and it is 'used and abused' by short term let guests and is still in great condition!

I ordered a Junior kayak for my hire centre in Scotland. It is light and robust and arrived with a good quality backrest. It is also good value.

I bought my Bluewave Glider less than a year ago and I have some interesting adventures with it. After I bought it and just to try it out I took it to the Marine Lake in Southport and it was great. Very easy to setup and and put away, and just so easy to use. After that though I took it out on a quiet part of the River Dee. It jut got better.

I bought the Bluewave Glider with travelling in mind and took it out to Benin in West Africa. So far I have explored Lake Ahémé and hope to take it out on the River Mono before too long. I am very much looking forward to my next adventure.

Bought a Discovery Pumpkin from Bluewave a year ago. Recently did a 22km river trip in it and it kept tipping. At end of trip we discovered the body was full of water. Contacted Bluewave who agreed to have it picked up for technician to inspect it. After a few emails during which they told me that yes, it had arrived safely, and yes technician would look at it next day... they then informed me that technician was in fact away on holiday until the following week and they didn't know if he'd looked at it or not but he definitely would on his return. On the day he apparently returned I contacted them again to find out his conclusions only for them to admit that my kayak had in fact been lost in transit although a totally different one had appeared with my paperwork. So they had been lying for two weeks about it. Yes they offered to replace it but none of my choices are in stock until Sept. So I'm now waiting for my new one to arrive sometime in September and when I queried if they would pay compensation for me hiring one as I'd already told them I'm booked on a kayaking holiday their answer was a big fat NO... The customer services are ridiculously slow to respond to emails, sometimes 3 or 4 days, and the lies they have told are disgusting. 8 or 9 of my friends and family members have bought kayaks from them but I'll certainly not be recommending them to anyone else.
