No customer support. once you buy the product, they will never take customer complaints. Their call center number is useless. It never get connected. And the support system will close the tickets without solution. After this, you can never contact them for exchange or cancellation. Once sold - Its over. I am a victim of this product and struggling to get the product exchanged and no use.I wasted my money buying a much smaller size and now struggling to get it exchanged or cancelled.

Scammer. Don't buy anything from this shitty brand. They are scamming people not delivering anything

Very disappointing service from @BlueTyga.
I placed my order on 2nd March (Order ID: BT432293) but it is still not dispatched.
There is no proper tracking update, and customer support is also not responding.
Please improve your service.

I've placed an order from bluetyga. I ordered sunscreen jacket for 1299 and now I am unable to track my order they are not even attending my calls and the worse thing is I already paid for the jacket I ordered the customer service is very poor.

I am writing this because Blue Tyga has completely stopped responding to my requests for help. I purchased a jacket and requested a replacement in Grey, size XL. Instead of my requested size, I was sent a size S, which is useless to me.
I have already:
Raised a ticket: No update or response.
Tried Calling: They are not picking up my calls.
Direct Outreach: No response from their online customer care.
It is extremely unprofessional for a brand to make an error in fulfillment and then ignore the customer. I am still waiting for the correct size (Grey XL) to be delivered or a full refund for Order #BT403076

Very poor customer service, product quality is below average, and their support team never reply nor respond through whatsapp. I would never recommend to anyone, bogus.

I ordered a female sunscreen jacket which was supposed to be a gift for a friend, with order ID BT392570. It is not delivered until now. It’s been five days. The courier partner “ship fast” is not responding. Blue tyga customer care keeps putting me on hold stating “you are the first customer in line” but no one answered and I waited for literally 50 minutes. The worst part is, on the page it says order fulfilled, I did not even receive the order yet. The whatsapp contact for customer care provides tracking link but without AWB reference how can I track it? It is not provided. I really feel I made a mistake wasting my money here. They were so persistent from the time I logged in the page to complete payment but now, no one is answerable. Social media apps should really look out for what are genuine and which are fake before blind promotions.

The product is good. This is my second purchase. A very nice and lite jacket for everyday ride wear.

The purchase experience was also simple and clean.

Not delivered the product, and its very difficult to get the refund (Order #BT346196). Despite several follow-ups and allowing sufficient time for resolution, the refund has not been processed. The responses received so far have been unsatisfactory and appear to be excuses rather than genuine efforts to resolve the issue

* Extremely Disappointing Experience*

I'm writing this review as a warning to others. I purchased a sunscreen jacket from this website, but the product was not as expected. I requested an exchange, but to my surprise, the replacement product was even worse. The quality is worthless.

What's even more frustrating is that the company's policy doesn't allow returns after an exchange, leaving me stuck with a subpar product. It's clear that the company's priority is making sales over customer satisfaction. Buyer beware!

Despite the world evolving from manual processes to automation and now to AI, BlueTyga seems stuck in a bygone era. A single replacement has taken over 40 days and still hasn’t been delivered. The staff appears poorly trained, unable to differentiate between what was ordered and what was actually delivered, while the warehouse operations are disorganized. Worst of all is their customer service, which seems more interested in ending calls than resolving issues.

I had high hopes when I purchased from Blutyga, but it seems the quality only lasts until the first wash. When I reached out, I was informed that “policy” doesn’t cover poor craftsmanship. Impressive.

Thank you for teaching me a valuable lesson: never trust brands that overpromise and underdeliver. Planned to buy more, but thankfully this experience saved me from further disappointment. One star feels generous.

PS: I know you’ll probably delete this — but some truths are hard to wash away. Unlike your merchandise.

One of the worst purchases I've ever made.
The t-shirt I received was in terrible condition — cheap, rough fabric and poor stitching.
It looked nothing like what was shown in the images — feels completely misleading.
I regret wasting my money on this and would never recommend this brand to anyone.

Very bad customer service. I would recommend to choose good alternative.
Product quality is also average at twice the price for same product from other brands.

Pathetic!!!! I ordered a size L sunscreen jacket on April 1st , BT303518. I have been trying to track the order but it says not found. I tried calling the customer service for the past 2 days and no ones answering the calls. This is a scam website and i will take this up legally.
