Title: Order #BT403076 - Wrong Size Received (S instead of XL) and No Response
I am writing this because Blue Tyga has completely stopped responding to my requests for help. I purchased a jacket and requested a replacement in Grey, size XL. Instead of my requested size, I was sent a size S, which is useless to me.
I have already:
Raised a ticket: No update or response.
Tried Calling: They are not picking up my calls.
Direct Outreach: No response from their online customer care.
It is extremely unprofessional for a brand to make an error in fulfillment and then ignore the customer. I am still waiting for the correct size (Grey XL) to be delivered or a full refund for Order #BT403076
