0 customer service

App is good but if you need customer service it's non existent. I've tried emails and via the app and there is no response. I used the subscription for the first year, emailed to ask to cancel and never received a reply. They then auto charged me for another year and refuse / don't respond to any emails asking to cancel and for at least a partial refund. Nice idea but it doesn't really work if you can't trust the customer service or execution

Excellent content, poor customer service & infrastructure issues

Two stars because the quality of the content is very strong (for heterosexual couples more than same sex - not that this is flagged) and has so much potential, but there isn't the infrastructure to support it yet, which could actually cause harm. The ethos of the app isn't reflected in customer engagement - the people are not great.

For example, they were completely caught out when we followed up on the app's instruction at a late stage of the programme to ask for activities for same sex couples - and it took weeks to sort out, wasn't in line with the offer, yet was offered to us like a favour by Mike - seemingly the only guy in their Customer Service 'team' (when you ask to escalate you just get Mike - and when you send a question to Dr. Ruth - that's right - you get Mike).

Sensitivity training and trained customer service staff are important - this is dealing with sensitive stuff, which plenty of people have trauma around. It's also mad that all questions to their sex/relationship expert goes through the customer service email address - ours was responded to by Mike.

Their infrastructure issues with the payment systems (complained about by others) meant that we originally lost about £60 overall added to the full price, though we had initially signed up for a deal (which didn't work). The back and forth on comms (with Mike again) was exhausting, 'politely combative', and in the end I was too tired to argue because it was worse than losing the money. Someone seems to have taught the company/Mike as its rep that good customer service never involves apologizing or admitting fault.

Overall this has led to a pretty negative association with the app, though we're pushing through because the content is genuinely fantastic and may be life changing.

So, much room for improvement and we haven't enjoyed being guinea pigs or the problematic attitude around that.

However, Sorcha's gorgeous voice is at least part compensation.

Blueheart = 💙💙💙

Blueheart = 💙💙💙! Love the app! Would strongly recommend it to anyone who wants to do therapy from the comfort of their home or anywhere on the go really. It helped me and my partner get through a rough time together. We learned loads about each other and grew so much stronger as a couple. Best thing ever!
