Ordered on the 26/03/26 and received on 13/04/26. Two and a half weeks for my beautiful hand made ring to be made and shipped from the US to the UK.
I even messaged asking for an update and they come back to me within a day.

I had a terrible experience with Peora Jewellery. I ordered a piece online expecting quality and professionalism, but was completely let down.

First, the delivery was delayed by 3 full days without any update or apology. When the product finally arrived, it was defective — broken earrings right out of the box! Clearly, there was no quality check done before shipping.

To make things worse, their customer service is absolutely pathetic. They don’t respond to calls or emails, and whenever you do manage to speak with someone, all they say is, "We will speak to our senior and get back to you.” Of course, they never do.

No replacement, no warranty, no resolution — just silence. For a brand that claims to offer premium jewellery, this was beyond unprofessional. Horrible experience from start to finish.

Homie....so real shit....this ring is beautiful...I thought the gold part would be a Lil thicker but honestly I'm happy with it...I was scared that I would get it and it would disappoint me, but that was not the case...i.bought the diamond selector 2 diamond tester off Amazon to test the diamond...they said they lab grown diamonds would pass a diamond tester....anyways shit came paperwork from igi...2.01 carat VVS DIAMOND...long story short I bought 2 pairs of fake diamond ear rings from the gas station for $5.99 each...I used the diamond tester on the diamond and the diamond tester went off...! I tested the big diamond and all the small diamonds on the engagement ring set....all the diamond set the tester off...then I put it on the gas station diamonds...and th3 diamond tester didn't do nothing...then back to the diamonds on the ring and shit went off...! The lab grown diamonds WILL PASS A FIAMOND TESTER ...I'm very happy with my purchase...! $1200 for a 14k yellow gold engagement ring set with an2.01 carat vvs diamond...shot anywhere else u paying 5k plus..! So u read the reviews but I'm paranoid...maybe u wont believe it until u see with grown eyes...
