I recently bought a laptop and noticed it heats up at times, though the temperature goes down afterward. I raised the issue with the supplier, and they handled it very professionally. They explained in detail that, due to the smaller heatsink in such machines, some warmth is normal. They even offered me the option to return it, but I chose to keep it since my daughter likes it and it works well for her, even if the surface warms up a little.

I really appreciated their prompt responses, clear technical explanation, and excellent customer service.
