Great company to work for. The team is welcoming, training is thorough, and management listens. There’s room to grow and the work feels rewarding. A few processes could be faster, but overall it’s a solid place to build your career.

Very many thanks to the Caton, Lancaster team who organised a 10-day respite care package for my mum. From initial query to the final handover, everything went smoothly and was handled very professionally. A last minute change of plan was accommodated within a couple of hours and we were very happy with all the carers. I would recommend Bluebird care without hesitation. Mum felt well looked after and safe. Her meds were administered perfectly, meals were healthy, and the house kept clean. Nice work Bluebird !

I have worked for bluebird for 2 years and l love it, l like the fact we help people to live independently in their own home,l love meeting new people and bluebird bring people together, they provide ongoing training, and you can go further in your career,office staff are always helpful,always at the end of the phone to answer your question,big or small,any concerns they look into it straight away,they look and for you and their clients,overall a lovely company to work for.

I've only been working for Bluebird care (Boston area) for a few months now, but I can truly say it's one of the best decisions I've ever made!
With the fantastic training and support I've received from the mangers and my wonderful colleagues, I've been able to grow in confidence, my knowledge, and pick up so many useful tips and tricks along the way.
The mangers and colleagues here are some of the kindest and most supportive people I've ever met. I genuinely look forward to each day- spending time with the lovely clients and building meaningful relationships with them.
If I ever had a loved one or a friend in need of care, I know I would choose Bluebird Care over any other company.

We cannot thank Bluebird enough for sending us Naomi Omaye as a live-in carer for my mother, who was sadly approaching the end of her life and wanted to remain at home. Naomi worked with us brilliantly for 4 weeks, nothing was too much trouble and her experience was very reassuring. She enabled mum to stay at home with dignity. and was kind, capable and compassionate. I would highly recommend Naomi and Bluebird Care. Thank you.

I recently started using Bluebird Care's living service for my family friend, Helena, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the care provided.

From the beginning, Amy, the carer, has been absolutely wonderful. She genuinely treats Helena as if she were her own family, and nothing seems too much trouble for her. It’s comforting to know that when we’re not around, Helena is in such capable and caring hands.

Amy has now taken some time off, and her replacement, Blessing, is settling in beautifully as well. Helena is always happy to see us, and it’s clear that she’s well cared for—she’s dressed, washed, and the house is kept tidy.

I can't praise Bluebird Care enough for their excellent service. It’s reassuring to see such dedication and compassion in their staff. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable care service.

Brilliant, such lovely carers who work really hard, and go above and beyond to look after your loved one. We have been using them for a year or two now for my elderly father. In addition, there is always somebody available directly on the phone if you need to add any details about the care required, so you never need to worry. I would recommend this company without hesitation!

Working with Bluebird Care Sheffield is an amazing job, fullfilling and rewarding and as much support as you could need. Staff are all really friendly and treat you with respect and understanding, really friendly place to work.

I stared with bluebird care in January 2026 as I was looking for a change of jobs. I came across bluebird care online and it was something I felt passionate about. I contacted them and I got a response straightaway with an interview the following day. I had an introduction course which I completed. After I had shadowing period in February I started my probation period. The team at bluebird care was so supportive friendly and welcoming they have helped me every step of the way. The 1st day at bluebird care was the best day I got to meet so many lovely customers,I got to help with there everyday tasks like personal care, taking them out, chatting ,shopping and playing games. During my time at bluebird care all the staff have been friendly and helpful. All the carers do an amazing job too. Bluebird care is the best company I have worked for they look after their staff and customers, there always there when you need them with a quick and friendly response. I would recommend bluebird care for anyone that might want to become a carer or anyone that might be looking for care in there own home.
