Don’t ask how long will my order take

Ordered a part with a projected lead time of 7-10 days, day 13 asked for an updated timeline, told me they don’t know, day 15 asked for an updated timeline, told me they don’t know. Day 16 left a negative review, they cancelled my order, day 18 reached out saying I was disappointed with how it was handled, the owner disregarded the emails and told me the situation was closed. Thought their stuff was cool from what I saw online but man are they a nightmare.
