321 has been excellent in their service…
321 has been excellent in their service to me and my dad for the last year we have utilized them. The stand by their product should something go wrong, they will replace it quickly. On June the 20th of 2025 my dad walked off out of sight and 321 alert pendant showed me where he was at. We test it with great response. I highly recommend anyone needing a great company choose 321. The representative that I set mine up with, her name was Jereme and she was so knowledgeable and demonstrated the quality of this company. thank you all Terry Lassiter

Excellent service patience helping me…activating my device
Excellent service patience helping me set up my device and get it activated and let me know even though my device had been on the charger for nearly 4 days so she let me know it needed to charged every day. Weren’t able to pair the docking unit with the device
