Amazing experience with Bloor Homes- the process of buying, from initial viewings of the show home and tentative enquiries with Paige, to picking up the keys today has been smooth and highly professional, using the Assisted Move Scheme. New Home Solutions kept me updated, Cotswold Conveyancing had legalities sorted and Scott ( site Manager) discussed and allowed me to view the house from start to finish. Paige and Stephanie have supported throughout, putting up with my queries and answering my questions- always with a smile and patience! The few tradespeople that I had the pleasure to chat with were always polite and helpful. The team at The Brambles has been incredible. From my very first visit, everyone—especially Paul and Mandy—made me feel supported, informed and completely at ease. Their professionalism and genuine care are exactly why this development continues to win awards.

As my journey progressed, Damon, Ivan, Josh and Cian also stepped in and took great care of everything at the later stages. Their attention to detail and willingness to help have made the process smooth and reassuring.

I haven’t moved in yet, but the experience so far has been excellent and has given me full confidence in my decision to buy at The Brambles. Hopefully everything continues to go well and we receive the keys on the expected date.

My husband and I bought a house at The Brambles in Rugby, from the day we put our deposit down to the day we moved in Paul and Mandy have been absolutely brilliant from helping us fill in paperwork to explaining things we didnt understand. The build quality of the house inside and out are very good compare to other new builds we had looked at.

Problem after problem after problem! One year on and it feels like I've found almost all of the bodged parts of my brand new bloor home. I had a fantastic experience with Bloor Homes at Shottery View from start to finish. The sales team, specifically Emma, Olivia, and Aman, were incredibly helpful and guided me through every step of the process, making my move on April 29th a smooth transition. Having experience with the Shottery location, I can confidently say it’s a wonderful place to live. The build quality of my new home is excellent, and I have really enjoyed settling in.
​A special mention must go to Linden, my site manager; he has been consistently helpful during his visits and has promptly resolved everything I asked of him. The post-completion customer service has been equally responsive, quickly addressing a couple of minor snags. I am very happy with my new home and highly recommend the team at Bloor to anyone looking in the area
