Zero stars. Ordered 90 GBP worth of plant for a birthday gift with plenty of time for it to arrive. Not delivered. Chased customer service. Took them weeks to reply to each message just saying we will investigate, then the parcel has been lost, then do I want a refund or replacement and then when I selected refund that this was not possible and I had to claim it through a third party. Diabolical attitude and echoes other recent reviews. Scam. Do not entertain purchasing from this company.
No delivery of £94 order and lacklustre response by customer service!
Ordered two plants and unfortunately, due to unforeseen circumstances were not at home over the weekend when tha delivery was to take place (admittedly not the fault of Bloombox Club).
Received an email that delivery had taken place, despite no one being home to accept delivery. Called a friend to check if any parcels had been left in our absence but none had. I arrived home a few days later and there was no sign of any delivery, nor had any delivery note been put through letterbox to state if delivery had been made to a neighbour.
When I emailed Bloombox Club for some further assistance, their response confirmed the courier company was Evri, which has a really bad reputation, and we should wait as Evri usually make several attempts to deliver. There has been no further delivery attempts made over the past week and I still have no confirmation if Evri even attempted delivery in the first place?
Still waiting on a response from Bloombox Club for any details they could obtain from Evri as to what has actually happened?
The order was for live plants that are likely to be in a continually deteriorating condition so far, so a complete waste of money as far as I am concerned. Have been unable to find a contact number for the company to speak to someone directly, so am relying on the professionalism of their employees to respond further by email, which appears pretty non-existent so far.
Not impressed, I would not use this company ever again and would advise others not to either.

***Having checked our CCTV, the only activity showing around claimed time of delivery is when our friend arrived to confirm no parcel had been delivered.
No sign of any Evri delivery at all!
So Bloombox Club will take your money with the false promise of actually providing something you thought you’d paid for. After posting this initial rating nearly two weeks ago, it shows what kind of company they actually are by the lack of response to this and to my email communications, with their one and only reply stating Evri will make up to 3 delivery attempts… They never turned up in the first place.
And no direct contact number to speak to anyone, speaks volumes.***

ORDER 188389- 21st March...Bought £40 worth of items, pots & 2 plants. Got refunded for 1 plant before the order was sent out because they couldn't supply it. NOTHING HAS BEEN SENT SINCE. Now they are completely ignoring all my emails. It's been 21 days and no update whatsoever. ABSOLUTELY DESPICABLE COMPANY. My first order from Boombox Club UK
My first order from Boombox Club UK. I bought three houseplants (Aglaonema Stripes, Alocasia Zebrina and Alocasia Frydek). Not only were these plants much bigger than I expected, but they are also incredibly healthy. There were very good value, the prices for these particular plants were much lower than anywhere else that I would usually buy from. The packaging was good. Evri messed up my delivery, so the plants took three days longer than they should have to arrive, despite this, the plants were still in good shape. I am very impressed and will buy again. Thank you so much.

They agreed to give me a full refund then they only refunded me for one plant and then they subsequently sent me another refund for another portion of the order. However I am still waiting on the Balance refund. Absolutely disgraceful service do not use these people ever.
Absolute scam
Absolute scam. I received a bunch of flowers that where no where near the flowers that where ordered and paid for. They arrived a day late after my birthday despite being ordered well in advance with no card to say who they where from. Feel so upset that a family member paid so much and this was nothing short of utter disappointment and poor service. Contacted this company to receive a reply offering a $30 store credit. How insulting and far from what would rectify this situation. I would never use this company or recommend any body to purchase through them as they don’t care or take pride in what they do or offer. Scam!
Subscription servuce
We've used the subscription service for a year. A new plant comes with instructions every month. Nice variety of plant. They come in a nice pot too. I found the customer service really easy to deal with. Such a great service we decided to sign up for another year
Missing a plant off my order
Missing a plant off my order, there's been very little communcation just a tracking number that didn't work. Ive had to wait a week for the buisness to reopen post holidays and still no communication. I want a refund and will never be purchasing anything again. Terrible communication, terrible service. Don't buy from here

My next order arrived, I am very happy with the team and I know that they work as fast as they can because you can see when it comes to packing and healthy, cheap plants.

Poor everything
Poor communication, poor deliveries, awfully packaged, broken plants, pots that don't fit the plant, poor communication.
Purchased as a gift via their own website, so it generated a gift voucher, then when disputed they agreed to a refund. They subsequently stated because it was purchased as a gift they cannot complete a refund.
When paying a premium price for plants you expect a premium service, the service was abysmal.
Cannot recommend this company less.
Total scam
Total scam, my order was returned by Evri one month ago before I could pick it up, and I've not yet received a refund despite many, multiple assurances from someone named Alexia that she'll look into it with her team. Absolute rip off, do not purchase from this company!!

Probably scammers, very unprofessionnal, wouldn't recommand at all !!
No answer since I never received my last plant of my subscription.
They first said they'll look into it and ask the warehouse, but since then, they are just totally ghosting me, and it's been 2 months !!
I've sent 4 emails in these 2 months and still didn't get an answer...
So just know that if you have a problem, they won't answer or help and you'll just loose money.

Do not buy from here
This company is ridiculous and honestly a scam at this point. I ordered a plant over a month ago, and still have received it. I have been following up with them since the start of September and nothing has been sorted. Do not buy from here you will either receive a dead plant 4 months later or no plant at all.

No plants, no response, no interest in resolving
Very poor service - seems to have gone completely downhill from where it was a few years ago. Very clear they have tried to strip out costs and its having a material affect on the level of service they provide.
Aside from the poor quality of plant packaging they use now, the plants that they sent me on only my 4th order were seized by the UK Animal & Plant Health Agency as they did not have the correct paperwork.
This resulted in an empty box (save for the pots) arriving at my door wrapped in inspection tape with a sticker detailing the seizure.
This was immediately raised to Bloombox via email (there is no phone number any more) with photos of the box and notes left by the agency, and following a stilted back and forth, all I got back was "Tracking says they have been delivered".
I have been trying for 2 1/2 weeks to resolve the issue and given them plenty of time rectify, but they are clearly not interested in engaging at all.
Now trying to cancel my subscription, but it's impossible to log into their website! Bloombox is clearly a shell of the business it once was.
Would advise people wanting interesting houseplants to look elsewhere.

I had the best experience with the plant i bought. I bought Song of India and it was lost in the post (hermes delivered it to incorrect address). I contacted Bloombox and they issued me with refund AND sent me the new plant which got delivered today. Absolutely inlove with it, it’s so pretty. Great customer service!!

Zero customer service
I already advised to avoid Bloombox for the terrible condition in which the plants arrive - now I must also advise to avoid them for their ridiculous customer service.
I open a refund request on July 20th after said plants arrived damaged because of their poor (inexistent) packaging. It took a full week to receive half a reply asking for more pictures of the damages, and then nothing. Almost a month later, I still haven't received any compensation for the money I lost ordering with them, and I don't expect to.
A consumer protection claim is in progress.

⭐ 1 Star – Absolutely Appalling Experience
I would never recommend BloomBox to anyone. I placed an order over 2.5 weeks ago and it still hasn’t arrived. Not only has the delivery been completely unacceptable, but their customer service is non-existent – no updates, no meaningful response, no help whatsoever.
They are happy to take your money instantly but totally disappear when there’s a problem. It’s clear they have no regard for customers once the order is placed. I’ve now seen so many other complaints online about similar issues – I wish I’d checked beforehand.
Avoid at all costs. I’ll be sharing this awful experience across every platform I can. Customers deserve better than this.
