Excellent cookies I bought them for the grandchildren but the adults found them and half are gone! That shows how good they are.
The service is great they were delivered on the day promised.

I've been waiting all year to order these for my xmas day birthday (and to share in the office), I've had the wrapper from months ago in my desk drawer to remind me and this week, I dished out (sections) of 12 coco berry cookies. Honestly, best treat ever! Worst part, not keeping enough back for myself.

We ordered these last year and all our friends went mad over them . So we had to order them again by popular demand
Easy to order on their website and delivery for the date I asked for was no problem

If I could I would give it no stars. I'm not one for leaving bad reviews, I was super disappointed with this company and not surprised with such terrible reviews. Absolutely disgusting customer service.
Before the order was delivered, I notified the company that the delivery would be too late for my partner to collect. I requested a re-shipping label to a different address—a simple solution that DPD advised me to do. I offered to cover the cost, they refused to help and made no effort to resolve the issue. For the amount of the order and the way they persevered to handle this situation was unacceptable! Now the cookies will be sitting at my work desk until the New Year. Avoid them-they don't care about their customers.

Despite my proactive communication and willingness to cover costs, the company categorically refused to help. They made no effort to provide any support, not even a goodwill gesture like a voucher. Their complete lack of care for their customers is unacceptable.

Absolutely love this brand! They are the best mince pies I have ever had! Myself and my wife pre order these mince pies every year and freeze them so we have them all through the festive season! We even took them with us back to Barcelona when we live there for a year.

Hugely overpriced products masked by fancy packaging and marketing. The usual magazine reader buyers get sucked in by their spiel of commonly available products in supermarkets.
AVOID - Go to Lidl's for products a tenth of their stupid prices.

Never been delivered. They were supposed to be part of a birthday present.

We ordered two Birthday Cookies with delivery last Friday 8th November, for our grandson's 14th birthday the next day, but DPD have failed to deliver them. The earliest they will deliver, if at all, will be Monday by which time they won't be fresh. NO-ONE wants stale birthday cookies at least two days late!
We contacted Blondies Kitchen on Friday lunchtime, but they said they closed at 4:30pm and would look into this on Monday. Absolute disgrace.

Absolutely unreal! Best cookie we’ve had in ages and my little boy absolutely loved it for his birthday instead of a cake! We loved it so much we went to the cookie dough bar days after which was also just amazing!

Excellent product, ticked all the boxes - arrived perfectly on time, extremely well packaged, tasted delicious. A massive hit for my daughter’s birthday.

I knew I’d be out when they were going to be delivered but DPD gave me the notion to ‘leave with any neighbour’ so all seemed well. However, instead the delivery person left it on my front doorstep on a busy through road and they got stolen. Blondie’s Kitchen said they can’t do anything about it and that it was my responsibility for being home. I contacted DPD myself and they told me that Blondie’s Kitchen need to place a claim. Incredibly poor customer service - never experienced anything like it to be honest. A sure way to lose customers fast. I recommended them to a friend and she ordered a Father’s Day cookie too but I certainly shan’t be recommending to anyone in future. I’ll be continuing to peruse this as I warrant my money back!

It might look for some of you my rate is very low. Unfortunately, my order nevers reach to me and since the 12th of June I constantly emails Blondies Kitchen to inform that my son hasn't received his birthday cookie .
I haven't received any feedback from them but today an email appeared into my inbox "regarding how was the cookie " which really make me feeling frustrated.
