Good service

Lovely Tall Upright Freezer. Blomberg FNM4671P. Frost Free. Great value for money. 7 spacious drawers. 5 pull-out drawers. 2 with flaps-one opening upwards, the other opening downwards. Everything I needed in an upright freezer.

Bought a replacement ceramic hob. Switches for selecting temperatures on each ring could be more clearly marked. Otherwise working fine.

DIABOLICAL COMPANY!!! We purchased a freestanding fridge/freezer for a rental property which stopped working completely after just 4 months! We managed to organise for an engineer to attend 3x days later who told us it required a new part and that we would receive a text message with a date to install within 2x weeks. Well, almost 3x weeks has past now and no text. After calling Blomberg today, they advised that we need to speak to the engineer team who conveniently are unavailable. I requested to stay on the phone until I got answers but was told that would not be possible, but someone from the engineer team will be in contact within the next 48 hours. Unsurprisingly, I'm not holding my breath. How a company can leave people without a working fridge freezer for almost a month is quite frankly disgusting. We shall NEVER purchase a Blomberg appliance ever again and highly recommend anyone else to do the same.

I bought a new Blomberg washing machine after a good experience with an earlier purchase for my son. My son's Blomberg has failed after only 18 months and we contacted the warranty number for help. we have not had the machine repaired yet after waiting over three week!!!!!! I think the Blomberg Warranty is very poor to make people wait for many weeks to get a faulty machine to be repaired. Will NEVER buy another Blomberg!

Brilliant products so reliable appliances I've just purchased the fridge freezer very pleased with it

We really like the gas hob and recognise the very good quality. My concern is regarding the registration of the guarantee of the hob. I phoned and had to keep on repeating myself with my information again and again. I am sorry I lost my patience and I was rather curt with your person before I cut him off. I went to your website to apologise and waited and waited for the chat and then got a message that no one was available!

If I could give a negative score I would. I bought a brand new Blomberg fridge, within 11 months and still under warranty multiple parts failed and blomberg said it would be 6-8 weeks for parts. After 3-4 weeks of emails back and forth they decided they would replace the fridge but still havent done it yet, It's been over 8 weeks and they still havent done anything about it. Just emails back and forth saying "we need approval from our manager" I wouldnt recommend buying of their products as this has happened multiple times now

I love Blomberg appliances! I’ve had them for years, very well made and backed up with a 3 year warranty that couldn’t be easier to register. I’ve got 4 of their products now, all working perfectly 😍😍.

Like fridge but found the light changes from blue to red most of the time can't find out why ?? found 'plunger' for back of fridge hole missing supposed to be supplied with fridge/freezer ?? freezer good size
Wished you could have option to change bottle rack to an ordinary glass shelf

Horrendous after sale service!! I wish I could give zero star. I have 5 year guarantee but try and get an appointment fo them to attend!!!
It’s only 2 years old and broke after 6 months the supplier managed to get them out and they said they can’t see anything wrong! So I have had to manually empty the evaporator tray every 2 weeks so it doesn’t leak into my new kitchen unit. The supplier tried to get the appliance changed with the manufacturer but they refused. Now it’s freezing everything in my fridge and I have tried for 4 times on the phone for hours to get through to book an appointment and I keep being passed to different departments or cut off so I still still haven’t got an appointment. After 4 hours and four attempts I gave up. I think thats their strategy. I even asked to speak to a manager and they refused. Please do not buy this brand even it they give them away I wouldn’t have one!!

I am having an absolute nightmare with Blomberg. I have an appliance that is within warranty that has broken. I am currrently on the phone to arrange the repair, after going through the inital questions after 18 mins on hold you are put through to another department that are supposed to arrange the local repair. You are then asked the same questions and they then transfer you to another department, and so on... i am literally being passed between the two departments, 8 times now, i genuinely feel so upset ...1:32 hours so far and still on hold. Is this how customers are treated when things go wrong.. send them round in circles until they give up!

I was very satisfied with my first Blomberg washing machine so when I needed to renew I just went for another one.

Great dishwasher, really quiet, hardly know it’s on. Having got rid of a very old dishwasher and not sure if to get another we are very glad we did. All our drinking mugs now pristine and coffee/tea stains disappeared in one go

Maybe I should have gone for a stronger machine but a full load of flannels seems too heavy for the 9 kilo machine

Great appliance does what it says on the tin!

I have had my fridge/freezer 10 days and so far so good. Salisburys at Kirkham were very helpful in explaining about item, that being Stewart.

The fridge was not levelled properly and the electric cable not routed correctly from under the fridge.
