Ample space inside plenty of shelves and easy to keep clean

The product purchased new was faulty from day 1.
After 2 weeks the engineer inspected and stated it will need to be replaced.
He provided an incorrect email address to send details to. And after finding out the correct email address, still no further information was provided. I am still, after 4 weeks, without a replacement. No information on when one will provided, or full refund. Or if a replacement will be delivered and installed.
Bad product, Terrible service. Avoid this company.

No Frost Refrigerator Freezer is quite simply not what it says. A week old fridge is permanently frosted up at the back even though bow set at 1. Customer Service very poor. Passed to 4 different depts then told if an engineer came bout and found there was nothing wrong, l would be charged.

Works fine, and appears to be well made. We will see how long it lasts.
Improvements could be made to reduce complexity around what setting to dial up, such as adding low or high heat indicator and how long the thing is going to run on that setting, beneath the words such as 'cupboard dry'. It is not clear what that means. You are focussing on results too much.

It was delivered very promptly, installed perfectly, with clear and simple instructions. We have confidence it will work well for many years to come.

Call to fit has been rearranged after 4 phone calls to sort do unneccessary — we will see if someone turns up at right time / day ???

Bought the dish washer as my old one was leaking badly also the washing machine I didn’t realise how quiet both machine works ! It nice to have them machine as the set side by side.

Man delivering was polite, pleasant and helpful.
The washing machine seems to do its job well and has enough choice for programs .

The two chaps who installed the freezer were so professional and pleasant. They obviously new what they were doing and I was pleased how quick they installed it

Not easy 2 assess top oven settings
Need 2 remove glass door of bottom oven as needs cleaning after only a couple of times of using top oven

The guys who came to take the old dishwasher and fit the new ones were amazing polite and friendly and introduced themselves. Very pleased with the dishwasher.

Integrated fridge freezer
1st one I had Lasted 4 days and had to be replaced due to noisy faulty compressor and marks inside the unit
Not impressed at all.

Really over the moon with both the gas hob and electric oven purchased recently. Both look great but more importantly they are very easy to use and do what they're supposed to do. The oven seems to heat up much quicker than my old oven too, as well as having a greater capacity. I'm a very happy customer.

Love my new fridge/freezer. Everything i need, gone from larder fridge to this, so nice to have a freezer in the house again.
