It’s been 10 days since my order and I have not received it. I’ve called and left a message (no answer and no call back). I’ve emailed with no response and inquired via chat - also no response. The only thing left to do is to dispute the charge.
I wish I had read reviews of zero customer service before I ordered.
The customer service is atrocious! Purchased two items over a month ago and it was crickets afterwards. Nothing, for over a week after the order was placed. I called only to find out the items were oversold and backordered. I was told I'd get the tracking information the following week. Again, nothing. When I called back they said one product is again backordered but offer to send me the one they had along with a small version of the backordered one. The shipment was received within two days. Since then (over two weeks later), I've had no follow up on the backordered item and none of my emails or calls have been answered. This is gross! I'm about to contact my bank.
I placed an order Friday morning at 9am for same day delivery. It is now Wednesday and I have not received the order or any communication. I was also offered a “free” gift with purchase that actually showed as 30$ in my cart. Luckily I saw it and removed it.
I’ve sent multiple messages in the website chat, on Instagram, by email and called MANY times with no luck. I’ve ordered from them before and it was all good but this time not so much. I doubt I will order again and if I don’t hear from them soon I’ll be disputing the charge.
I ordered a GHD straightener from them, received the order ok, but the GHD wouldn't work. Plugged it in and kept beeping and flashing red. I emailed them and they replied quickly, asked to send a video of it. I did and they sent me a RMA to return it. Tracking shows it was delivered back to them, that was 2 weeks ago and I haven't received a new GHD, emailed, called their #, multiple times, tried to do the chat online but no responses.
Unfortunately, I’ve had a very negative experience with Blnd Box’s customer service with trying to process a return. They are unresponsive and, therefore, unhelpful.
Both ordering and receiving my product was straight forward, and I received my package the day after I ordered it. However, trying to get the company to issue me a return label has been exhausting.
As I live in Toronto, I’m more than happy to go to their warehouse or storefront so they can see that the item I’m returning is in pristine condition. It was never removed from the shipping box, let alone its wrapping: so, brand new-never used, dropped, or otherwise abused.
I have sent numerous emails to two different email addresses.
I have called and left a message on:

They replied to one email asking if my product was used or damaged. Of course, I replied promptly, but I’ve yet to receive a reply to any of my follow-up emails or phone calls.
FYI, employing the Chat option led me to emailing and calling the company.
So bummed by this experience…
Just ordered recently and I thought they were fantastic! I asked over chat for specific delivery instructions and they delivered exactly as told! Prices are great customer service is great!!
So happy I found this store! Their pricing is amazing, their recommendations via chat on what I was buying/looking for were so spot on, and I can say that because I already used what I bought, and I ordered in the morning got it the same evening!! Consider me hooked!
